"I was pleasantly surprised how quick the work was done. We had an original tankless water heater from 2005 and sadly it started leaking. Sutherland came out and we determined that we needed a new water heater. Our home the old tank was built in to our garage wall, so the new one was larger and not able to go into the wall. The did a beautiful job, making it look great and function wonderfully! I highly recommend using Sutherland for your plumbing needs!!"

"He did good work. But afterwards I realized, I no longer have an external water spigot. When he did the repair I got water to my home but not to outside. I was charged $700.00 for $30.00 worth of pex pipe and fitting. I went online later and realized 200 ft of pex pipe and fittings $120.00. Here's a link [Link removed]"

"Toilet needed to be replaced, removed old tea/water heater under kitchen sink"

"I was notified by my water bureau that I had a major pipe leak and was horrified to learn that the leak added up to 10,000 gallons more than my normal usage in a billing cycle. I contacted Anton Beslic at MasterWorks Plumbing based on the stellar Angi reviews. He came over the following morning and diagnosed the problem within minutes: an old and cracked PVC pipe leading from the house to the meter. Anton made the arrangements to get the job started and mostly completed the following day. That involved getting a permit from the city; having officials mark on my lawn where fiber optic cables, gas lines, etc., were located; hiring a company to bore a new service line from the meter to the house crawl space; installing a quality 60’ pipe that will last way beyond my lifetime; installing an expansion tank on the water heater; and arranging for a final inspection from the city. Anton also installed a main house shut off in the closet next to the crawl space entry, which I did not have previously. I was so impressed by his professionalism, skill, and attention to detail and am forever grateful for how quickly he got the job done. I highly recommend MasterWorks plumbing!"

"Put in request late last night and had a call first thing this morning and had a new hot water heater install shortly after lunch."

"Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

"They took a look, found the crack in the water heater, and replaced it on the spot with a 9 year warranty and annual service agreement"

"Management was helpful getting issues resolved, but this was a simple job that I thought about doing myself. Should have not needed to deal with less than experts considering how much it cost just to run a vent pipe through a roof."

"I highly recommend NW Sundance. Setting up the appointment was easy, they called 30 minutes before they showed up to let me know they were coming like promised, arrived on time, and quoted me the repair price all in a very effortless matter. The plumber Jorge was a great guy. Very professional, outgoing and efficient. He even cleaned up his mess when he was done, not leaving a trace behind that he was even there, except for new pipes and the garbage disposal he just installed for me. Even disposed of the old unit for me, without even asking. I am very impressed with these guys and will use them again if the need arises."

"zach Bruckelmyer reconnected the water line to my ice maker. the water line was disconnected during a remodel and not reconnected. zach came in performed the job and took video of his work to review with me. He was punctual, friendly, thorough and professional. I would highly recommend him. Job well done"
