"The cleaning went very well. I hired them to clean three bedrooms upstairs and landing area above the stairs. The cleaner arrived 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. He made sure equipment set up did not create obstacles or cause any damage. When the job was completed I was cautioned about safety precautions to avoid slips. "We started out rough - the flooring guy they sent didn't know what he was doing by the end of the 2nd day, the floor was a total mess. I sent the Installation Manager an email who as soon as he saw the message the called of the first installer and sent in a Super Star the next day. As soon as the new installer looked of the 2 days worth of flooring he called the Manager and report it all had to be torn up and replaced. And that's exactly what they did - COMPLETELY! Also, the flooring that was being put down looked nice in the sample but on the floor it was too dark. I called the Manager and asked since it all had to be taken up could we select a different color - NO PROBLEM! Done and it all looks great. My only question is how did a non qualified tech get sent to do the job in the first place???"
