"We had a great experience with Hi-Five Electric. They installed a bunch of GFCI outlets, replaced some light fixtures, and problem-solved, replaced, and rewired some light switches that did not work. Jack and an apprentice came out to do an estimate and did a thorough job of investigating what the work involved. They were both very friendly and easy to work with. Elijah and an apprentice came out to do the actual work. Scheduling was easy and communication was good. The actual work turned into a bigger and more difficult job than expected because of some crazy issues with the existing wiring. Some idiot who worked on our house before we owned it apparently fancied themselves an amateur electrician and had really messed things up. But Elijah was excellent and managed to sort everything out. Even though the work was more complicated and took longer than estimated, and even though they ultimately installed a couple more GFCI outlets than we thought were needed, Hi-Five refused to add to the estimate and only charged us that amount. They also left the house clean and tidy. The whole experience was really just excellent. Highly recommend!"

"HAD PURCHASED SOME NEW ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, RECEIVERS, DVD ETC.   UPGRADED TO HDMI.  MOVED SOME EQUIPMENT FROM ONE ROOM TO ANOTHER.   TRAVIS, CODY AND ANDRE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.   They got right to work, were organized and worked well together.  They were able to install new equipment, program my new Harmony receiver making it very easy to watch, TV, DVD or Netflix with no hassle.  Even got my outside speakers hooked up after several years of no outdoor music.   Once the new equipment was installed we moved the receiver and DVD player from the living room to the home theater, quickly got everything hooked up.... programmed my old genesis remote from the living room to the theater and it now does everything including the lights.   NOW CAN WATCH IN EITHER PLACE WITH ONLY 1 REMOTE CONTROL.... WHAT A PLEASURE .

There were some initial misunderstandings about the size of the new panel being installed and there were a couple of unexpected issues that caused the job to run long and cost more than initially quoted. Still for the size of the job and the completed result I'm more than satisfied with the quality of their workmanship."

"We were pleased with the improvement of the appearance of our lawn after the treatments. They were a little slow to respond at first but were very apologetic and they explained how busy they had been so it really wasn't an issue.  The technicians came as scheduled and always completed the job quickly and were helpful to answer any questions we had.  We plan to use them again in the fall if possible.
