We are a full-service awning maintenance company who takes pride in our work by responding promptly to customer needs from the original quote to the finished product. We provide professional maintenance, including service cleanings, a wide range of repairs, some recovers of existing awnings, and more. We are an owner operated family business, and have been since 1985. We provide free estimates for the services we provide (listed below). We accept Check, Credit Card or Cash. "I used the Awning Doctors to replace the fabric on my 2 awnings. Here are my thoughts: Pros: 1) The quality of the fabric is excellent and matches my house perfectly. 2) The price was well within my budget (as a matter of fact, it was below what I expected). 3) The installers were efficient, friendly and did an excellent job. Cons: 1) After I signed the agreement, the owner said they'd install the new fabric within 10-12 weeks. Instead it took 6 months. There were no phone calls or updates. I had to call every 3-4 weeks just to find out what was going on. 2) After installing the awning fabric, I am now having an issue with one of them (it keeps going down on its own). I called the owner and he told me it's not his problem and I need to maybe call an electrician to check it (it was not doing this before the awning replacement). I felt he just blew me off since the job had been "completed". As I said, the installation work was excellent, but communication and follow-up are almost non-existent."

"The men who showed up stated they could not fix the spring due to the bottom of the door being slightly bent. They said it was a safety issue and even if a waiver of liability was signed, their company would not allow them to repair it. The bottom panel needed to be replaced at the least, or else they could install a new door. We got an estimate from them and then contacted other companies who came out and were surprised we were told we needed a new door. Our spring was fixed and the bottom support was fixed at a reasonable cost with no hassle. I am highly disappointed that they came, collected their show up fee, and did nothing to help us. I would never hire them again."
