"We rely on them! Have had some bad experiences with other companies but Nermina and her mother are wonderful. They have been coming here for years now. Always accommodating, and are willing to work around our schedule if something unexpected happens. I am unable because of back injuries to do many things that are never a problem to these helpers. Nermina always asks if there is something special that needs to be done this time. We have two dogs so there are hair and other issues you get with pets. My ladies know what needs to be done and just do it. The house looks so lovely when they are done. I wish I would afford to have them here every day. Their cleaning products smell lovely and never damage surfaces. We have some things that would need to be locked away if other workers came here but with Nermina and her mother, we don't even give it a second thought. I have recommended them to people who are very happy with their services. We are so blessed to have them in our lives."

"Victor's did an amazing job! The padding is thick and the waterfall edge on the front is smooth and identical on all chairs. There is not one wrinkle on the edges. The chairs look better than new. "We had the foam/padding replaced on our 24 year old classic, overstuffed couch and love seat. They both survived raising 5 active sons. 4 large bottom cushions and 8 pillows were refurbished. Lalo Baca recommended the 2nd firmest level of foam for the bottom cushions. He made an excellent call. The original padding and foam were shot, leaving me and my wife's backs feeling sore after a couple of hours sitting in them. I brought him the 12 cushions and pillows 2 days ago, at mid-day and they were ready this morning. WE ARE BLOWN AWAY, 100% SATISFIED with the finished product. It's like the day we first sat in them when they were delivered in 2002! Excellent service/work, very reasonable prices and work finished ahead of schedule. Overall Labor price was the best around town in Tucson very happy with what I paid him very affordable and he was willing to work with me. "After meeting with Kathy Nieto, we really hit it off. She offered ideas, adopted our ideas, and is great to work with. It was a real collaborative effort. When minor issues came up during the project, they were listened to and corrected. The team is incredibly responsive. In terms of budget, we did not want contractor grade, we wanted solid high/mid-range specifications. We made significant changes to our budget, primarily due to changes that we requested as we went, but even with adjustments along the way, we felt it was worth it. You get what you pay for! Nick and the field staff were fabulous. Their craftsmanship shows, they really pay attention to detail and have a great deal of pride in their work. The results exceeded our expectations! "Our service appointment was scheduled from 8am - 5pm to fix our washer under warranty. I spoke with the tech by phone and he said he'd be there between 2-4 pm that day. They have a track my technician on their website. The website said we were the next stop at 1:41 pm. It then up dated to 3:00 to 6:30pm, then 7:00 to 8:30pm then a notice that the appointment was rescheduled for a date 10 days away. My wife waited for 12 hours and they didn't have the courtesy to at least call and and let her know they were unable to make it. We called the warranty company and they have arranged for another company to fix our washer. I learned that Sears Home Services is notarious for not showing up. Sears used to be a name you could trust... not anymore"
