After two treatments totaling $4,180,00 and many conversations with the owner of Green Home Solutions to address the issue, it was clear his treatments were ineffective. Once I mentioned a refund, the owner proceeded to explain this was a â processâ and he would have to take â stepsâ to address the problem. I refused to pay for any other work. He offered several free treatments with a caveat that they would not eliminate the source only treat symptoms. Each predictably failed. At this point I had no confidence that Green Home Solutions possessed the ability to find and remediate the mold in my house. What followed were excuses, suggestions that the smell could be something else altogether, lengthy redundant emails, and then increasing delays in returning communication, or not returning phone calls at all. The owner stated in writing that a solution would be to move out or sell my house. After $4,180.00 and seven months, Green Home Solutions failed to remediate the mold in my house. I am left with an unlivable home with holes in the ceiling and walls and the original irritating smell is stronger than when treatment started.
