He cleaned up the nests, helped me return the box, ID'd the rat as a young male and reassured me that he was likely a loner. I wanted to settle up, he refused, said he had only spent 10 minutes, but of course said that if there was further problems requiring setup of traps, mon itering,etc they would have to charge. would accept NO money.
