"I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

"We rely on them! Have had some bad experiences with other companies but Nermina and her mother are wonderful. They have been coming here for years now. Always accommodating, and are willing to work around our schedule if something unexpected happens. I am unable because of back injuries to do many things that are never a problem to these helpers. Nermina always asks if there is something special that needs to be done this time. We have two dogs so there are hair and other issues you get with pets. My ladies know what needs to be done and just do it. The house looks so lovely when they are done. I wish I would afford to have them here every day. Their cleaning products smell lovely and never damage surfaces. We have some things that would need to be locked away if other workers came here but with Nermina and her mother, we don't even give it a second thought. I have recommended them to people who are very happy with their services. We are so blessed to have them in our lives."

"Over several years, this company has replaced nearly all our original flooring (sheet vinyl and Pergo original laminate) with Karndean luxury vinyl products. We are extremely pleased with the end result, both the product (which is fantastic) and the installation. The flooring looks great, is very easy to clean and if you have pets, you can't beat this product. We had one glitch (my fault for not specifically requesting that the baseboard be removed and lowered in our master bedroom where we went from Pergo to Karndean). The bedroom baseboard ended up with a 1/4" of caulking at the bottom to fill in the difference in flooring height. If you have this situation (going from a thicker flooring to the thinner Karndean product), just be sure your estimate includes removing and replacing your baseboard, and sanding off the little ridge on the wall where the top of the baseboard used to be. Ideally, they'd give you time to touch up your wall color before the baseboard was replaced, but this doesn't always work with their schedule. Or you can have them do it afterwards (for an extra cost). This company is very well run, and very customer oriented. Their prices are competitive (we always got at least one other estimate). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."
