"very unprofessional. did not clean tile before grouting. left mortar on tile from installation, did not even try to remove it. when questioned about it, i was informed i needed to get a floor scraper and do it myself. very very poor."

"Horrible service. They committed to steam clean all the carpet and remove all furniture before doing so. I have provided them with square footage, a number of bedrooms, stairs complete information and had two calls with them. They said a max of 300$ shall be charged and they referred to their rating on home advisor. When they come, they have a wet vacuum cleaner using cold water which was not even able to heat it. No steam. Most of the carpet is as dirty as if it was never cleaned. most of even coffee spots were not removed. Horrible service. They cleaned only 30% of the area. Finished the work in 45 mins of a nearly 2900 sq ft house and went off. Totally rip-off. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. On top of it, they charged 325$ without even giving a receipt after receiving the credit card or telling how much they are going to charge. I am surprised how they have got such a rating on home advisor. Shall Never NEVER HIRE them. Stay away."

"Francis said it would take 3 days to complete, but it took 8 days. It was wood look tile, and I said I wanted it totally random pattern, but the tiles weren't totally random. �His sub-contractor (Jesus also said call him Jesse) made a mess between the neighbors and my house cleaning tools and buckets. I said I wanted transitions to other rooms like the one already done, but not like them. Took a while to get Francis to come over to look at mistake, then he wanted me to call Jesse, so I did. Jesse� kept saying he will come next Wednesday, but lied over and over. Finally about 2 1/2 months later I got them both to come together. We all made an agreement to sort of fix it, but 2 more weeks of lies from Jesse then no contact. I haven't heard from either one of them for over a month now, so I'm done with them. After years of wanting to get this done, I?m disappointed I spent over $3,000 and it?s not like I wanted. I guess my only choice to get it done correctly is to sue them."
