I've lived in Catoosa for the last 5 years or so. I started this company because I wanted to be my own boss and build my own future. I am practical and I won't overcomplicate things. I most want my customers to know I always put myself in my customer's shoes and treat their home like my own.

"Information and quote was very professional. Work was performed without incident. Took a little longer than quoted but was within reason. Clean up was great. Follow up after work was finished was/is slow but mainly due to personnel change. Overall a good experience and would recommend them."

"Started 11/06/18; finished 11/19/18. Had to fight early onset of winter weather to get it done. Two man crew was great at working with us under these conditions. Occasionally, communication could have been better in letting us know when they were or were not going to be here; example: Saturday 11/17. Otherwise, we are very happy with results and glad to get the job done before really cold weather sets in. They were very professional in work they did and good at cleaning up their mess."

"It took me about 5-10 minutes talking to Joe to settle on American Central for our hail damage work. He was far more knowledgeable and professional than the other roofers who quoted the job, (one of which never even got on the roof to measure or inspect, but "guaranteed' he'd get insurance to cover the roof, a new fence, new patio furniture, & the kid's playhouse!). For starters, Joe was recommended by another gutter company, which was quoting the gutters separately. When your competition recommends you, that speaks volumes! Joe ended up getting both the roof & gutters included on the insurance claim & agreed to my request to use the gutter company that had quoted it, instead of his own crew.....even stayed late at the office to help us pick shingle & gutter colors one evening. He oversaw another separate contractor that he had fabricate some custom flashing to accommodate the pergola over the back patio. And, the majority of the roof was completed in 1 day. Just some minor finishing & cleanup on Day 2. And, when the insurance balked on some of his Supplement estimates, Joe was professional but forceful in defending his numbers & had the measurements & data to back up his claims. As a result, both of his Supplemental claims over the initial Settlement amount were covered by insurance. In hindsight, I wish I'd used American Central for the gutter installation as well, since they had to come back TWICE to fix mistakes & leaks. Since American Central was the POC for the overall insurance claim, he stayed on the gutter contractor, until everything was fixed properly, even though it wasn't his crew. We've had a lot of work done on our house the last couple yrs (stack-block retaining wall, concrete patio, pergola, pool deck, exterior paint) before this roof project, & I'd lost faith in Contractors in general, after all the problems we had with each one on every job. Joe & American Central single-handedly convinced me that good, competent Contractors still exist. I've recommended him twice already!"
