"This was a great experience from start to finish. Shyma arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the AC drain issue, and explained everything clearly. The repair was efficient, the pricing was fair, and the service felt honest and dependable. I would not hesitate to call them again."

"I found Torch Service Company by Googling at 9:00 pm because I had a busted pipe from the water meter. Josh (owner) call me at 9:04 pm to diagnose the problem. I shut off the water. Josh and Andrew showed up first thing the next morning to start digging, within 20 minutes they found the busted pipe and begin the repair. Before noon the following day my problem was fixed. The repair costs were very reasonable. I was so impressed that I scheduled Touch out for shower repair at my son's house the following week. I'll write a separate review about the shower repair which went well. Thanks Josh and Andrew at Torch for giving priority to a major water leak that could have torn up my entire front yard. I will recommend you to all my friends."

"Freedom is responsive (a technician was at our house within 30 minutes to fix the busted fitting), they do quality work, and their pricing is reasonable. Between our house and several rental properties, we have had Freedom install new water heaters, heat & A/C units, service existing ones, replace faucets, sinks and toilets, and fix just about any plumbing issue imaginable. They are wonderful!"

"They inspected the exterior faucet, and told me they could either replace it for one price and fix it permanently, or replace a washer and fix it for a couple of years. They quoted me the price for the replacement, and I chose the washer only fix. They didn’t charge me for that, since they couldn’t guarantee it would stay fixed permanently. They did some troubleshooting about the flow volume problem, and determined that there is an obstruction in the line between our water meter and our house, probably thanks to a previous owner’s overconfidence in his own DIY skills. I asked them to quote a price to fix it, and they said the best thing to do would be to run a new line from the meter to the house and completely bypass the old one. I have complete confidence that they would have gotten it fixed, but it was expensive and we’re expecting a kiddo any day now, so I decided to postpone that expense. I’d already paid for the service call through Angie’s List, so when they finished, they shook my hand and said thanks for your business, good luck with the baby, and call us again. I definitely will, if I ever need a plumber."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Tulsa, OK

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
