Jared worked with us to come up with the design, and the team were all great to work with. They continuously kept us informed of what they were doing, and if something needed adjusting after it was done, they were very quick to make any requested changes. The job included removing a window, and re-sizing two others; replacing siding on the exterior and matching our existing paint; re-sizing the living room archway; replacing kitchen and bath flooring with tile; removing a bathtub, re-arranging the bathroom and adding a large shower; moving a tankless water heater from outside to inside; re-routing gas and water for the washer and dryer; installing new appliances; installing cabinets and quartz countertops. I highly recommend this company and will be hiring them again for future projects."

This required moving electrical plugs, siding removal and cutting a hole in my family room. They installed new sliding door and a new large window. They wrapped the door and window with wood and installed and painted new wood trim. The team consisted of the boss Jesse Chase and four (4) additional workers. I was notified the day before to remind me of the upcoming installation. They were on time. They got right to work and each person knew their job. They cleaned the area as soon as they were completed with each task. Jesse Chase worked along with the crew and went around and checked the work of each of his workers. "This started out as a water leak in the bathroom that ended up wrecking the floor and drywall. Which caused me to involve my insurance company. I had to get numerous estimates which most of the companies said they couldn't match the drywall to the original and John Erwin Construction even refused to come out because they were "too busy". Dennis was the first contractor to get the insurance agent to respond to me in a timely manner. We had the bathroom repaired with a new tub and backing which was nicer then our original. The drywall was matched perfectly. We could barely tell the difference even without painting. The flooring looks great. We did have a slow down because of a manufacturer defect in the flooring but was kept notified of progress and time frame during the wait. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Very helpful and easy to deal with."
