"Great experience. They came out on time and finished the repair without having to replace any parts! A big relief and would definitely hire them again."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Very quick response and service. Was able to diagnose and repair same day."

"Douglas at Rainier provided amazing service. He was able to quickly assess the situation, and then worked to ensure the part was available. He had immediate follow up and completed the repair. What I valued the most was his post repair contact to ensure the appliance was working up to my expectations! Can’t say enough great things about his professionalism. I have recommended his work to many of my friends that were in need of appliance repairs."

"I would give Appliance Repair Specialists 10 Stars if I could! Their response time is incredible and they always quickly take care of the issues. The cost for services is very reasonable. We are extremely happy we took a chance on Angi and found Appliance Repair Specialists!!"

"Excellent!! Max called me right away, was here within an hour. Replaced the fan at the back of my freezer and saved all my Costco meat I just bought yesterday. He is Quick with his labor, was done in an hour or less. His fee was affordable!! He gave me a neighborly discount, since he lives nearby. He is going into my speed dial, for all appliance repairs!! I couldn’t be happier!!!"

"Technician rapidly found problem. Advised against a repair which would cost as much or more as a new refrigerator. Upon my request, made suggestions on where to purchase and which models to avoid buying. Reasonable service call charge."

"Yesterday Andrey came to my house to fix one problem with our oven and he ended up fixing two problems. He was on-time and also called ahead to make sure I would be home. He asked if he should take off his shoes before he came into our home. Audrey was thorough and clearly knows appliances. He charged me a fair rate. I WILL NEVER USE ANY OTHER APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY. Audrey is fantastic."
