"I was very pleased with the work done by A&S. They repaired three problems that we were dealing with. The work was done by Larry and he was prompt, explained what was causing the problems, and made the necessary repairs. He was courteous and reviewed all that he had done. "We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"The technician knew his job and did it well. My only complaint is with the company itself that sets the cost for work. To replace a hose on a hand-held shower, a hose we already had, was quoted at $140. It would have been a 10-minute job. The sink repair was fine."

"After weighing the pros/cons of repairing our unit or replacing it, we decided to replace it. Malone was fantastic! They assessed our unit on Friday night, and had our new unit installed Monday. The house was cool by the time I got home. We purchased an energy efficient Carrier unit which, as it turns out, had a manufacturer's rebate. Also, with the EPB energy solutions program, we get a rebate from them, as well. The install a clean job. Malone handled the paperwork for the rebate, which prompted EPB to contact us and schedule the inspection for next week. This has been a very seamless process."

"Overall it went well. D-Dry had a good price, the consultant for B-Dry was very knowledgable, punctual, and professional. He was also a licensed electrician. The team who did the work was the same - punctual, professional, hard working, and did an excellent job with the french drain and pump. However the drain pipe exit route was straight across the ceiling instead of following all other lines ducts and pipes. It looks very out of place. Also the water exit pipe was too close to the house installed too close to the house. In addition they had no idea that the consultant said he would wire a new outlet for the pump. The consultant came back the next day to do the work. Again the routing (due to the lack of wire he had with him) for the outlet made a straight line to the fuse box cutting across all other electrical lines. It looked bad and I re-did all of his work. Overall I am satisfied with B-Dry and its hard working employees and would hire them again if I had a need. I would try to keep a closer eye on the work details though."

"Once managed to get plumbers to actually come out all went very well, the two plumbers were courteous and worked hard to repair & replace  the leaking pipes.  I had called the evening before and asked for a plumber and were told all were busy and they would call me the next morning.  No one called, so I called Battlefield Plumbing the next morning and were told by the gentleman who answered the phone that there was no way they could come out that day, all were busy.  When I asked to speak with the lady in the office whom I had talked with the day before was told she was not available.  As a result, I called another plumber in the city of Dalton, Ga (about 15 miles away) and made arrangements with him to come that afternoon.  Later, out of the blue, a plumber for Battlefield Plumbing called to say they were on their way.  As a result, I cancelled the call with the other company in Dalton, Ga.   <br /> The two men from Battlefield Plumbing arrived and made up for the previous frustrating contact with their company.  They immediately went to work to replace the leaking water pipes  and restore my home with water.  They also installed water cut offs on the hot and cold water pipes going into the water heater.   <br /> <br /> <br />"
