This contractor provided an all inclusive price for demo, subfloor repair, plumbing, electrical work, painting, custom cabinetry and shower glass. Some items were included or I received a credit if I provided the item myself. The subcontractors cleaned up as they worked and protected our home. The price was more than fair and Pedro stands by his work. Our bathroom is beautiful and we are already thinking about getting our kitchen done. "The experienced was great! From the salesman, to the admin. staff, to the production manager, to the installers was all professional. Was very impressed with the installers. They briefed us each day as to what they would be working on that day and outbriefed us at the end of each day as to what was actually accomplished. We had several days of rain during the installation but the installers would call and let us know when they expected to resume installation. We made changes during the installation and everyone was very receptive. We give them an "A" +."

"My husband was on active duty.  My honey-do list was growing.  I called Mr. Bass and he was able to come out the next day.  I needed a pet door installed through a wall leading to the garage and a way to keep the cat contained once in the garage.  Mr. Bass installed the door, created a walkway through tunnel since it was a little too short for opening.  He also designed and built a wooden enclosure to keep the cat from getting loose in the garage.  Mr. Bass also repaired numerous doors in our house that didn't close properly.  He hung three ceiling racks in my garage and a set of curtain rods.  I also wanted a frame around a plain mirror in our bathroom.  He stained and framed it.   I cannot say enough about how friendly and professional he is!  My three year old followed him everywhere.  His work ethic is amazing.  I highly recommend Stephan Bass and will definitely be calling him again!"
