"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. "Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "Your service provider came out and did not repair the leak and did not focus specifically on that issue or address the specific issue that I have notated in the work that needed to be done, but proceeded to try and sell me or replace the entire roof on my house and I am assuming that it is because the job that I wanted done was not profitable. The issue that concerns me the most is over the past week or more, I had a second inspection done on my roof and was told that there is not an issue with my current roof and it does not need to be replaced so I have moved on to using another person to fix the specific leak that I wanted repaired. The $199 that I spent was not a wise expenditure on my part and was my mistake. I would like for you to contact this provider and tell them that there is no need to contact me any further as I have decided to use another provider to fix the issue with my porch and there is no further conversation or discussion needed. They even include a transferrable warranty so if you sell your home, the warranty will cover the buyers for the remaining time on the warranty.
