"I needed a new roof on my house. The representative of this company, Austin Eure, was very efficient in helping me get the roof I needed for my home. He first checked out the roof then he returned to my home to be here with the inspector from my insurance company. Austin helped me with the paperwork I needed to fill out for my insurance company. He showed me the different roofing tiles I could choose. The following week, roofing tiles came to my home and a little while later, a dumpster arrived. Two days later, a crew came to install my roof. Before I knew it, blue tarp was around my house to collect the old tiles. A layer of black paper made it on my roof and soon the new roof tiles were being installed. Since it was done last month, December of 2020, the day ran out and the job still needed to be completed. Within a day, a couple of men came to finish the job. My yard was completely cleaned before these men left my property. They used a magnetic roller to collect the leftover nails from my lawn. The yard was raked and the driveway was swept in order to get all the nails picked up. Within a day of completing the job, someone came to get the dumpster. I would highly recommend Tru-Top Roofing for anyone considering getting a new roof."

They were punctual and professional, did the job thoroughly and even added complimentary services (free gutter cleaning and removal of branches of trees growing over the roof that would allow squirrels access). The price was fair and competitive. We had used Wildlife Evictors on our previous home and was so satisfied with the service and workmanship that we used them on our next home. They even include a transferrable warranty so if you sell your home, the warranty will cover the buyers for the remaining time on the warranty. You can renew the warranty for a very reasonable cost, as well. Shinya backs up his workmanship and is readily available for questions or concerns. "I had originally called to get a price on replacing the vent boots on a foreclosed home i was trying to purchase.  Marcus met me there and although he was running slightly late he did call and let me know.  No big deal to me.  If your service provider isn't busy there may be a reason in my mind!  Anyway,  He quickly climbed up on the roof and hit me with some devastating news that I needed a complete new roof.  This destroyed me.  Trying to protect my best interest I asked for a quick quote on a replacement cost.  He honored my request although he repeatedly informed me that he hated to do a rough guesstimate but understood my position.  i had to have some kind of idea to go back to the seller with $$ wise and it had to be about an hour from when we met.
 Fast forward to the seller rejecting my offer but then we agreed on a lower price and I owned the home.  I then decided to get my usual 2 more estimates on the repairs to the roof vents.  I have heard repeatedly how roofers are some of the most dishonest folks in the business. Both of the other companies told me that I needed a new roof as well so I began getting prices.
Marcus then got down to business and was able to give me a detailed price quote that wound up being lower than the other 2.  He also was able to offer interest free financing for a year with no payments which certainly helped with the cash flow.  His
advice as to what color was very helpful.  I really wanted a wood color and he informed me that it would look phenomenal for about 5 years then due to the large amount of hardwoods on my lot they would begin staining it.  This sad but true fact was confirmed.  
Only problem was now getting it installed.  He was willing to work Thanksgiving week if necessary.  He knew I was trying to celebrate Christmas in the house and was more than willing to do his part.  Unfortunately Mother Nature was very uncooperative with us.The only delay in getting it installed as promised was waiting for a few days break in the weather.  This is certainly understandable.  Once the break came they showed up with a large crew and got right to it.  They protected my landscaping and brand new HVAC compressors.  They worked well into dusk and were very fast and efficient.  To date I have found I think 3 nails leftover that they missed.  
I read the other reviews on here and found Marcus easy to get a hold of and courteous and friendly as well as trustworthy and honest.  By the time it was all said and done I felt like i had purchased a roof from a friend.  To those looking at the price paid and saying WOW that's high!  My roof is very large with a steep pitch and lots of dormer windows.  2 stories in the front and 3 in the back.  Lots of gutters as well. He did offer me the option of going over the old roof and took the time to explain the pros and cons of that.

Among the Master Elite contractors in my area I contacted, Peachtree Restorations was the first one to respond, as a matter of fact, Milton Brannon came to our house the very day I requested the estimate. Milton carefully inspected our roof. Based on the inspection, he sat down with us and explained how he would help us to fire the claim with our insurance company (because hail damage was found), educated us on our current shingle, the new building code requirements, the GAF roof products, and the GAF warranty packages, helped us understand each of the steps. He genuinely showed his desire to make us happy with the products and services. Although the insurance claim eventually was denied, Milton helped us at every step through the insurance claim process and did his best representing our interest. He was also very thoughtful as we reviewed the cost estimates, in terms of helping us avoid unnecessary upgrades. He patiently guided us in selecting our preferred shingle type and color, not only provided us with reference photos, but also twice brought to our house the shingle samples. His help was invaluable to us in our decision making, and we greatly appreciate his time and expertise. Milton made a great effort to move up the installation date to fit my travel schedule. The crew was very professional. They meticulously picking up all the nails from the site with the magnetic rollers. Milton even ask the crew to replace all the gutter guards that were damaged during the old roof removal, at no-charge. They really did an excellent job. Our new roof is awesome! We just love it!!
