"Great replacement experience until the end. They messed up my ceiling trim and paint and didn't come back as promised. I had to call the manager to get repairs done. They also suck at follow up customer service. They didn't call to see if I was happy with my installation or to see if I wanted a service plan. Oh well. Their loss."

Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

"We hired Rick and J Co. for a basement remodel, which included tearing down old wood paneling, ceiling panels, old carpet, and adding waterproofing for about 1200 square feet of space. J. Co did a full demolition, and installed all new lighting, carpet, drywall, electrical, paint and a wall that would create a new bedroom.
