"Instead of just lighting the driveway he designed the lighting plan, picking particular trees to light to illuminate an aesthetic path up to the house.  The result is wonderful!  The lights on the walkway to the and deck are carefully positioned and the entire effect is wonderful.  I plan to have him back to do lights in the backyard as well.

"Very responsive, a professional and very pleasant mechanic, excellent work, a bit exspensive, over $500.00 for 5plugs. The problem is they failed to fix the plug that was dead and failed to investigate or repair the flickering lights. I still have no idea if there is a fire hazard due to an electrical short. They did not appear to have any interest in dealing with the issue. Bottom line: I now have to hire another electrician. I originally chose Palmer because they are local, were very responsive to my inquiry and had an excellent rep per Angie's List. It is unclear to me why they were unwilling to complete the job. In any event, they failed me. I will identify and retain another electrician, just not through Angie's List . They failed me as well."

"This team did an excellent job with our outdoor fireplace and kitchen. The work was done quickly and they were great about keeping us up to date on the project. I would absolutely use them again."

"Contractor arrived earlier than scheduled and got straight to work.  Unfortunately the problem with the light involved more complex electrical work than I had thought so it was not fixed.  However, he did fix the problem I was having with the faulty lighting in the ceiling fans from my original request - I was using the wrong light-bulbs.  Go figure!

"After I described the job, which involves drainage issues, Kurt told me he no longer handles this type of project. However, he generously shared his thoughts on what might work, based on his experience. Kurt emailed me with this information the same day I contacted him.

"John, who installed recessed lighting in our TV room, was friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the suggestions that he provided with regards to the placement of our recessed lights. He also did well in explaining the work performed before after.I requested he install additional lighting throughout our house since I was happy with his work. I would recommend John to others."

"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."
