I was very happy with the available selection of materials, the availability of custom sizing, and the overall interaction with the planner. I appreciated the ability to reschedule after a 19 hour power outage collided with the first attempt to install. When they came back the shower installation team did a beautiful job and made the extra effort to keep the house clean while they worked. They did all the work in under a day. The glass installation team was just as professional and efficient installing the frameless glass sides and door. The finished shower is beautiful and everything I hoped for when we started. Andrew did a great job explaining the details of the project to me and communicating with me about the project expectations and goals. Additionally, along with his team, Andrew rerouted plumbing and electrical, placed tile on walls and floors, installed a custom shower pan, they installed a brand new free standing bath tub, and made sure everything was done properly and to last. They went above and beyond when they used the remainder of the tile to perfectly craft the floor molding to seamlessly flow with the tile on the floor and walls. "Long story short, Allen was a pleasure to work with and I am so glad I found him to install an awning over my side exit. Short story long, I knew I was going to hire Allen over the other contractors I had talked to just from the estimate. Allen came by and took measurements, started writing up general designs while I was there, and talked through the details of the project with me. I have worked on several DIY projects with my dad and this was the same process we would take if we were doing it. Estimate aside, the work was well done and I am really happy with the result. Allen did the work himself with one other person and they were able to finish within their timeframe, which they had left a few days space for rain. This isn't like where you talk with a salesperson and then it's a completely different crew doing the work. Overall, highly recommend Allen and Arms Home Improvement. Because this is quality work, it is a bit expensive, but it was no more pricey than other estimates."
