"Very knowledgeable, professional, and great customer service! Penguin, serviced our central AC & Heat and they explained everything to us before performing the work. They also replaced our moldy insulation in our attic. They packed and transported the old moldy insulations, ensuring that the mold does not spread, and they left our house free of any mess. "I am writing this review after a year because I wanted to test it out and provide an honest review. We replaced our AC unit with a new one with the help of NathanD. He was extremely professional and offered us the best price compared to all the other companies we considered. The installation process only took half a day, and they also installed a Google Nest for us. Additionally, they assisted in fixing our broken circuit board in the garage. Overall, the workmanship was excellent, and NathanD answered all of our questions. He even followed up with us after 2 months to check on our satisfaction. We initially found him through Angie's List."
