They took the room out to the studs, and re-designed the shower, that is tucked under a staircase, did beautiful tile work, and custom millwork to build two storage drawers in a soffet. "Daniel came out and replaced the seal on the bottom of our garage door which mice had chewed through. Our door was 20+ years old so I expected the track that the seal went into to be outdated and it was, I couldn't even find it on Youtube, so a new track was required for the new seal to fit into. Parts and labor for this 8' metal track was only $50 in addition to the quote for the actual seal. I priced this out beforehand with competitors and I must say the pricing for everything with 1A was the lowest and very fair. I will definitely call 1A when needed again. "We had a slow start at first but that was not because of Ryan's service, we originally contacted him in February and was on his schedule for February 24th, however the current Job he was working took longer as the job apparently had grown into a longer job.  So we scheduled to February 27th, and then the rain started we had several much needed storms coming in and it was very important that the decks were totally dry before coating and it had to be dry for at least 48 hours after the coating.  Our next schedule was on April 8th due to March being off and on rain.
When Ryan arrived at 10:00 in the morning he brought the material the his crew would need to complete the job, his crew was a little late but once the started the job they did a very efficient job and cleaned up after they were done they were very pleasant and professional. All in all we are very happy with Ryan and his crew.
