"We started the process of having a fence (vinyl & chain link) installed. The vinyl install was acceptable. There were a few hiccups with schedules, but it got done. The chainlink was unacceptable and needed to be corrected a total three times. Once the owner and brother were involved, the install issues stopped, but it took them a long time to finish the 3 day project. I singed with the company on 2/7/17 and finished paying in late May."

"Mega Power was great! I hired them to go solar on my house and the solar analyst that came out was very helpful from day one. He was not just simply a sales guy he gave me his personal cell phone that I was able to call anytime if I had questions or wanted updates about my project.
My project was about 6 kW and consisted of 22 panels, each panel was 275 Watts. What I loved about these guys is that all the products they installed were American made products, warrantied for 25 years! Working with Jonathan (our sales guy) was another reason I chose to go with Mega Power. Every step of the way Jonathan was informative, and just professional from day 1. Price quotes with other companies were similar, so I simply chose the company that provided me the best service before signing anything."

"This is a multi family  residence, more like an income property. After the use of many years and many cars in and out of the driveway. It had to be repaired someday. These guys came in quick and repaired and sealed the driveway. Took a few days but the final work was great!

"Wonderful work! Jose and his crew painted my existing cabinets and wet bar. Removed dated ceramic tile countertops and replaced with quartz. Added hardware to kitchen cabinets, installed new sink in kitchen and wet bar. Installed beautiful porcelain backsplash. He also installed new cooktop. I had the entryway ceramic tile and matching fireplace tile removed and they installed porcelain entryway tile and built up the fireplace. Jose also installed new large baseboards in entryway. They also replaced an electrical outlet to satisfaction. There was a small issue discovered and mold remediation was performed along with drywall removal & installation. New drywall was painted. Oh! They did roof repairs too! All work was done in a timely manner and was performed beyond satisfaction. His crew was polite and respectful and always showed up on time!! My house has now entered the 21st Century! I will definitely call them again."

FAQs for chain link fence repair or alter projects in Twin Peaks, CA

Installing a concrete reinforcement slab significantly boosts the stability and longevity of your chain link fence. This reinforcement creates a strong foundation that protects the fence from erosion, burrowing animals, and high winds. The installation cost is $4 to $10 per square foot, and this robust base minimizes the need for future repairs while extending the overall lifespan of your fence.

Repairing minor damage such as small holes is far more cost‑effective than replacing significant portions of your chain link fence. Minor repairs cost between $100 and $200, while replacing full sections demands an investment of $1,000 to $2,000. For a fence that is 20 years old or older, having an expert assess it now can prevent repeated repair expenses and secure long‑term durability, thereby safeguarding overall fence performance.

If you'd rather remove your chain link fence than repair or replace it, professionals charge between $3 and $5 per linear foot for the job. There may be additional costs involved if there is extra labor needed, like relocating plants or separating the chain-link fence from other existing structures. This also does not include waste disposal fees.

Chain link fences have an average lifespan of 20 years with regular cleaning and maintenance. They stand out as one of the most affordable and durable fencing options available to homeowners and businesses alike. Chain link fences often last five to 10 years longer than comparable wooden fence installations. Chain-link fences made with a vinyl coating often exceed these estimates, providing even greater longevity and weather resistance.
