"I wanted to share my experience with Empire Today's salesman, Gerald Lewis. He went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and detailed measurements for our scheduled vinyl plank installation. I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Overall, I highly recommend Empire Today and Gerald Lewis for any flooring needs. I highly recommend Tomas and his Empire Today 3-man flooring demolition and installation crew for their exceptional work in installing vinyl plank flooring throughout our home. Their attention to detail and professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. We are extremely satisfied with the end result and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future."

"We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

"Wood flooring in hallway.  Carpet in 4 other rooms.  Carpet installation was good.  Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up.  There were air gaps when walking on certain planks.  The installers were a couple of senior guys
who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky?  Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs.
Mike, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns.  Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction.
Mike is a man of his word and represents his company very well.
I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous.

"George emailed me two days beforehand to setup a time. I give him a two hour window that worked for him. He came promptly at 8:30 am, Monday morning, 11/28/16, and left at 12:30 pm. He came inside with his toolbox and started right away on assembling my two small tables. They have been sitting in a box for over one year. George also installed some 3 doorknob sets but needed to make adjustments with the door frames so two doors could close properly. He also installed much needed rack on my bedroom door to hang all my dog leashes and harnesses. The window covering hardware in the Master bedroom was changed out also. He took measurements when needed. He was accurate and did not make unnecessary or incorrectly placed holes in the plaster walls for installation. George does excellent work and is efficient. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him for future services."

"We had a major remodeling of our primary and guest bathroom, walk-in closet, fireplace, and laundry area. We are glad to say they thrilled us about the results, now we feel like we live in a luxurious hotel every day! The good thing about working with Best Builders Group is that they have plenty of resources, and they have experts in different areas. We asked for a lot of changes and they always try very hard to accomplish them even though some of them were hard tasks. The team is very professional and what’s more important is that they are always patient in communication. We want to thank Zohar and all the team members who took good care of the house! We really appreciate their positive attitudes and energies towards work, and we feel very safe to see them working in our house. Not only did they take care of the project professionally, but they also helped with a lot of miscellaneous work such as helping deliver orders from local vendors and meeting with other vendors on making work smoother, which we truly appreciate!"

"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. I was having a dinner party this past weekend, and got more than one comment about how great the floors looked. If you are torn about which company to use, I feel confident in saying that you will get quality work done without time wasted with these guys."
