"Home Project Relief was great with the two projects I hired them for. Tristan came out to give a quote, and we scheduled. He arrived on the day we had agreed to meet, on time, with what he needed to do the job. I had a ceiling with water damage from an upstairs toilet and some rotting wood trim on an exterior door. The repairs to both were completed in the timeframe to which we had agreed and exceeded my expectations in quality. I will note that you also would not know he had been there - except for the repair being finished. There was no debris from work done left behind. I am writing this review the day after service was complete and have already referred this company to a friend of mine. I plan to hire them again for other home improvement projects in the future."

All work is done legally with a professional contractor for plumbing and electrical work. Different options and recommendations are shared through out the project work. Crew was very polite, respectable and professional. They made sure no unnecessary noise was created and kept the house & working area clean. They would clean up after the work. "I am so pleased with The House Doctors! They were super responsive via email, text, and phone during the entire process. They came out right away to give me a quote and outlined everything via email. They came out a few weeks later to complete the work and had two guys complete the project. The men estimated that the work would take 3 days and it only ended up taking two! I had a relatively complicated project and had asked The House Doctors to move my laundry room from the basement up to my second floor. My house is over 100 years old, so I wasn't sure what to expect. This project required them to move electric and water lines through two floors of my house. I had 5+ companies actually come out and give me a quote, each had a very different idea on how to complete the project. The House Doctors had the easiest answer on how to get the work done with the least amount of work and their pricing was very reasonable. The two workers were so friendly, knowledgeable, patient (they answered all of my questions and took time to explain things to me), and prompt. I am amazed that they also left all of the spaces where they worked cleaner than when they arrived (they swept and vacuumed after each day). I will absolutely work with The House Doctors again for projects around my house."

"The answer is in the details. This was a very large remodel and Steve and Frank took care of even the smallest of details. Often over the 9 week remodel I would wonder if they would caulk here... or put molding here... or paint here... etc. And a couple of days later, everything was always taken care of without me having to mention anything. They are very smart contractors and are always available to answer any questions and take care of any additional requests. You can't go wrong with Center Line. They did a media room and a half bath for me and also put in luxury vinyl flooring I also wanted wafer lights through out which they accomplished perfectly!! Answer the whole process. "Tim's Home Improvement came out very quick for an estimate. He was So friendly, joked with us, very polite and respectful. My basement was pretty basic to start. Just concrete floor, block walls, and studs on the ceiling. We came up with a good plan together instead of just what they wanted to do. He listened to my concerns and worked through the issues I had. The Job was quick and very tidy. Even though the job took many days, they did not leave a mess at the end of every day. They cleaned up all the waste from the basement, swept the floor, and did not track construction mess through the home. I had framing, drywall, laminate flooring, a bathroom added, storage room separated, and laundry room separated. The job was very quick and progressed well from day to day. The crew was always respectful and pleasant to interact with. Overall, I am so happy I chose Tim's Home Improvement! The price was fair. The work was fast. And they were very nice and honest people. I did not feel worried they were in my home. I would recommend them to anyone."
