"My hot water heater broke down and Rick called me almost immediately after I submitted my request on Home Advisor on a Sunday. Said that he'd be out Monday afternoon, but arrived at my house early mid morning with 2 helpers. Simply outstanding experience! The stairs to my basement were "shaky" and Rick did not feel that they were safe to bring the new water heater in and the old one out. While the two other helpers were busy replacing the water heater, Rick worked the entire time to repair my stairs. And that was definitely needed! When he was almost finished, he was concerned that the repair job may not hold, so while his helpers were finishing the tank replacement, Rick went out and bought some long screws to secure the stair repair job!!! All at no extra charge! Also replaced the cold water input valve to the tank at no extra charge. He charged me what he quoted me upfront. If you need any kind of home repair/contract work done call Rick! Don't mess around and take a chance with your money and time! Great people and companies like this are hard to find. Thank you Rick and Lake Construction!"

"Jaime called me and set up a day to come after we talked about what needed to be done. I had plenty of repairs to do after a tenant moved out. He did an excellent job on everything I needed done. He definitely does quality work and I will without a doubt call him again!"

"I have a 101 y/o commercial building with the old boiler. Mark is the only plumber who I found that could service it. He knew what he was doing. Even when that horrible snow hit. His son came out diagnosed the pump. Replaced and serviced the radiators. Thank you"

"With tremendous confidence and enthusiasm, I unequivocally recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations as a trusted professional contractor. I recently purchased a home that needed extensive repair work, and as part of the purchase agreement, I assumed responsibility for all outstanding building code violations. I was granted 90 days to complete the work, under threat of serious legal repercussions. After meeting with eight distinct contractors and reviewing their proposals, I elected to commission Mr. Bob Hegedish’s firm, Northeast Ohio Renovations, for a new roof and vinyl window replacement. From the very onset, Bob presented the most comprehensive, competitive, and cost-effective proposal of the bunch, and I could tell right away that I was in capable hands. It’s no secret that the home renovation space is often teeming with scheisters and snake oil salesmen, but Bob is one of the good guys. Not only did Bob come through on time and under budget, the final work was absolutely exquisite. Bob and his team really came through when I needed them, and when it mattered most. Northeast Ohio Renovations gets stellar reviews for good reason. I have already recommended them to personal friends and family members, because I know they will be thrilled with the deliverables. Moreover, I will contract them again for future work without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and consider Bob for your next renovation project. I have little doubt that he will do everything in his power to earn your trust and delight you with impeccable results."

"I cannot say enough good things about Jim Callahan, Renaldo and Candice. They transformed the first floor of our home, including the kitchen, from an extremely dated look to a very modern look and all at a very reasonable price. They painted our cabinets inside and out with new pulls and hinges and it looks fantastic. It saved us from getting new or refaced cabinets. They seek solutions that are common sense and within a budget. They had great suggestions for our project including helping us pick paint colors. The work is outstanding. The textured ceiling repair and painting was remarkable. They start the job and stay on the job until complete. They do not work on multiple projects at the same time. They barely took any time for lunch. They are personable and easy to work with. They truly exceeded our expectations. We will use them for more projects. We highly recommend their services. Thank you!!"

"Very well. Jeff ran into many issues when fixing an issue in my house that I just bought. All of the issues that are found were addressed and fixed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Jeff has since helped me with many other projects."

"I remodeled the bathroom and the tub was left to do so the easiest way  was to refinish the tub instead of ripping it out and upsetting the tile work among other things. I haven't seen the work yet as im an out of state owner so I reserve the right to change feedback when I get to town.i was told its suppoed to be white and shiny and clean like my tub here in my apartment. lets hope so, im confident.

"Tried to fix problem. Came back and trying again."

"These guys are legit. I don't think there is a better company around."

"We contacted in mid May. We had a lot of starts and stops. They did an excellent job with the house. My issue is getting in contact with the contact on the job. I had made seveal calls. And having enough men on the job to complete it. I am happy with the job just want it to be resolved. He removed the gutter from the back of the garage and was going to replace it. He was going to come and finish painting and the gutter is still sitting in the backyard. I did pay for the paint and I have called him numerous times to finish the job and it is going on 3 weeks now.

UPDATE  10/5/11 After reporting, the company has followed up with me and resolved my concerns."
