They also repaired my sliding glass doors which would not open and close correctly. Another carpenter told me that I needed new sliding glass doors. King's Son Services, LLC took off the doors and installed new wheels and the door opens and closes like new. My flooring looks awesome and strong. Their expert service is much appreciated and I would recommend them to everyone. I have already recommended them to two friends."

"Anthony, Orlando, and their crew were extremely professional.  They started by arriving early  and immediately got to work. They were extremely respectful of my house, and were careful bringing in their gear. It was raining all day, and yet, they managed to keep any water, mud, or grass from coming inside.
They took care of everything. Sanded and primed the walls, removed nails, fixed holes and seams, and carefully moved all the furniture. You couldn't ask for a better crew. Their communication was excellent and I was always aware of their progress.
Once they readied the rooms, a huge task, they meticulously primed the walls and ceiling, followed by two coats of paints on the walls and ceilings.  They took great care in making sure the paint went on smoothly and quickly.
So all the rooms were done in a day! Simply awesome results. I will hire Anthony, Orlando, and their crew for the next job, and recommend them highly.

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"From arrival to departure, the handyman was busy. The best thing was when he asked which items on the honey-do list were the priority. It was a cold December day and I didn't want to have to say that outside work was the priority but I did and he got to it immediately. Because we didn't have what was needed to fix the gate, he went to the hardware store to get it-and for me that is a big thing as I feel overwhelmed when I step inside those stores. He was able to look at a few other projects inside the house that were of lesser priority, and I was pleased to know that he would be able to do them; he was willing to stay longer than the 6 1/2 hours but it was tme for the dogs to take over their space again. As is true with many people I am sure, the handyman list is never ending so it will be necessary for him to return in the future."
