"We had foundation piers in our crawl space and 3 pumps with drain gutters installed in our basement in October. They had to come back in July because water was seeping into the basement from another area. They scheduled the additional work quickly. Conan and Charles added the additional gutter to the existing gutter and did not have to put in another pump with outside drain. The work invoice was adjusted to a lower cost, and we are satisfied . "Pressured to sign the bill the day they did the inspection. Didn't like that but we seemed to get a discount by doing that. The work looks wonderful. I asked them to move one of the drain pipes and with a little prodding, they did. We were supposed to get dehumidifiers and they don't seem to be there. We are following up on that now. "It went pretty well. The removed of the old bath tub was a lot harder then they anticipated. Our house is an old modular home and the bath tub was attached differently then most. What they thought would take about 2 hours actually took about 5 hours. But they stayed with it and did an excellent job. We are extremely please with the work they did and the out come. They were very easy to work with and explained any issues or concerns very well. The show unit looks so good now we just can't get over the differences it makes."

"Mr. Yoder started construction in November, approximately three weeks later than planned. This was due to his having been unexpectedly hospitalized with appendicitis. However, in that time he kept us completely informed as to his status and when he expected to start by calling us at least once a week. He also ensured all government paperwork and permits were obtained and this effort was part of the final bill.

The work went very smoothly, with some inevitable, though minor delays due to bad weather (it was November and December, after all). He cleard the foundation area and three-foot-deep holes for the main support posts, which were anchored with cement. He next put up all of the framing, siding, roof, etc. and installed the windows and doors.

Work such as laying the concrete for the floor, intalling gutters and downspouts and electrical work were handled by subcontractors, the price of which also was included in the final bill. Please note, the original asking price was about $19,000, but we requested some additions, such as wall insulation and installing a new sidewalk concurrent with the garage foundation, which added to the price.

The work began on Nov. 16, 2011, and was finished just before Christmas.

"Very happy with the results and the process was easy and smooth. George Jr showed up to do the consult, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were not the lowest quote we received but they were the best at communication and wanting to earn our business. As sales people, my wife and I appreciate professionals that still go out of their way to earn business. They were even able to get in and do the job before the Thanksgiving holiday which was only a few weeks from the consult and was very important to my wife, as we had 14 people coming to Thanksgiving dinner. She is also pregnant and they offered us products that would not be harmful to her or the baby, but she ended up being out of town the days they were here so we stuck to the normal paint, but really appreciated the effort to accommodate us.
   The workers showed up exactly when they said they would. They worked hard and were very fast. I was amazed they finished everything in 2 days considering the size of the area they were painting and the number of cabinets and trim we had. The workers were respectful when moving and covering our belongings before and after painting. They were always laughing and smiling during the job, which is good to see, it hopefully mean they enjoy what they're doing and the quality shows. George and his son would pop in from time to time to check in and make sure everything was going well and that we were happy with the progress.
   All in all, very happy! Would recommend to anyone! If fact, we need new granite.....you know how it goes, first new appliances, which means new paint, which means new counter tops and so forth, but George Jr mentioned they can help us with that and we will probably be giving them our business for that job as well. However, someone was close in the area where he was able to be at my house to install it within 20 minutes of me initially calling.
