"Hero put a roof on our house in Carrollton yesterday and we couldn't be more pleased. If you are having sticker shock at roofing prices, you must give Hero a call. They provided a system that perfectly matched our short and long term needs for a very fair price. This company is very well managed. Communication was prompt and complete and the project went exactly as planned and scheduled. Both the sales rep, Brandon, and the onsite project manager, Matt, were professional, efficient and personable. There were no games on the sales side and the work was perfectly executed. The field team was professional and efficient and provided quality work on all phases of the project. Our personal property was protected and cleanup was excellent, with the entire 45 square roof completed in a single day. We can't think of any way this project could have been better than it was. Give them a call, you will be glad you did."

"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"i am very thankful to Joseph for doing such a great job on replacing my windows! He was quick, efficient, skillful, friendly, honest and highly professional. i would definitely use SkyView again."

"This company was great. Everything went according to plan on the roof and they even had guys to come inside and repair cellings and paint were the cellings were damaged."

"Excellent, from beginning to end. Special thanks to Devon for calming all my fears. The installation crew did an amazing job. This is a very professional, top notch company. I will not hesitate to refer them to my family, neighbours and friends. Thank you for a job well done. My roof looks so good."

"His service was excellent. He was prompt in terms of replying. He sat down and explained in details what it was he was going to do. He had a five year warranty. He always said to call if I had any problems. I found out later on that he had really worked in the area where I lived and had done other houses in the neighborhood. I liked the quality of his work and how he managed the whole project."

"OUTSTANDING!!! Total Pro Roofing just installed a new roof for us and we could not be happier! Erik Lindbloom was so professional and he went above and beyond to help us! The most excellent customer service and superb quality work! I highly recommend Erik and Total Pro Roofing! THE BEST!!!"

"We were referred to this roofing company by a friend and they were as good as advertised. We had never submitted a claim on our homeowners insurance before for storm damage and was somewhat apprehensive. The sales rep was very professional and kept us informed every step of the process. We submitted claim and within days an insurance adjuster was inspecting our home for storm damage and paid for a full Roof Replacement. We are very satisfied customers and will highly recommend! Thanks for everything!
