When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."

Sergio and team were attentive to all details we spoke of before starting the job (a concrete slab for a 30x50 shop), He made great suggestions to improve the design of the slab to better suite our needs. They showed up when they said they would, communicated perfectly, cleaned up after themselves, and even worked very late into the night making sure to properly finish the surface of our slab when the concrete trucks showed up later than expected. These guys were really committed to the quality of their work. Sergio also gave us some great tips to keep the slab well taken care of over the years such as sealing and polishing and when to do so. Overall, I hired ACI INSTEAD of another company that was referred to me by trusted friends and I’m glad I did. They installed an underground drainage system around the exterior of my house using 6" PVC pipes, connected my downspouts to it, installed drainage grates throughout my backyard, and then installed a discharge outlet in my front yard. After the drainage pipes were installed, they brought in several trailers of dirt and regraded my rear yard to prevent water flowing towards my house. They also installed a retention wall at the rear exit of my house. I was more than happy with the entire team, and I developed a great relationship with the owners Dalton and Zach.
