"Were were very please with the price and the quality of the work that Walter Brown Roofing did for us on our home. Matt, the owner, came to our house, walked the roof with me to answer questions and show me problem areas and the fixes they would make. He explained the different shingle type that we could select. His office quickly provided some local homes that had recently replaced roofs in the colors we were considering. We finalized our selection based on the homes we saw. The work was scheduled and completed promptly. After the work was completed, Walter Brown Roofing quickly provided our warranty certificates and submitted the required paperwork to the shingle manufacturer.

"The stucco siding of my home was collapsing as it definitely was not done correctly. Some huge sections basically fell right off leaving some very soft mortar exposed to the elements, so I had to act fast. The team was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, even coming out on a Sunday to take a look at the work needed and generate an estimate. Once I agreed on the price they were able to come out within 2-3 days to remove all the old stucco, and redo it all correctly. It's been about a week since they finished and the results look good, and feel very solid. Overall I would work with them again."

"Gary is highly motivated and his team does great work. He arrived on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. There were a couple of minor things that I asked to be addressed after the job was complete, and he came out and did everything I had requested. I would say communication is his weakest point. He is busy and after this job was 90% complete I didn't hear from him for over one week. This is probably normal as the concrete cures, before the forms come off, but I never really was given a timeline for that part of the job. I had full confidence/trust in Gary otherwise I may have worried a little. I also had to finish some of the things that I thought he may take care of, like filling the excavated area to the top of the yard, flush with the yard. He probably would have done that if I asked and/or gave him the time. You can tell he is straight forward, honest, and interested in satisfying customers and building/maintaining a good reputation. My experience was that he'll make sure you are happy, you may just need to be patient while he makes the time."

Arrived early and ready to work the first day. Everything was completed to our satisfaction and timely. We were very happy with Ari and Killian's professionalism and flexibility.  They even worked with our fence contractors to get some fence posts in.
 This was a complicated job and not just a simple concrete pour. 
They gave us updates along the way, talked about a short delay because of weather but then worked through the weekend to make up for lost time. Overall I am very happy with the work and the price, and I am confident that the concrete will outlast most of the other household investments.
