The job was well coordinated with stone, concrete, backfill dirt arriving at the appropriate time- impressive. The sidewalk finish was excellent – smooth brushed finish with clean edges. Replacement sections aligned with existing sidewalk, again excellent finish. Concrete pad was smooth with very nice finish. The job was completed with backfilling – including seeding where needed. The area was cleaned up nicely at the end of the job. The work and experience exceeded my expectations, and I can be very particular. "John was very professional.  Had to come out 3 times over the course of a year.  Every time I was ready to start the project, something else broke in our 76 year old house and I had to delay.  John showed endless patience with us.  When we finally agreed on a price and start date, the weather was not cooperating.  It took more than a month to start, we had so much rain. <br> <br>Once the crew arrived, they were very polite and professional.  They introduced themselves and went to work.  They worked methodically and kept us apprised of developments.  Our sidewalk turned out to much thicker than estimated.  John had to bring a bigger jackhammer to deal with it.  The whole job took about a week of time, broken up by a few rainy days. <br> <br>The crew took such care to put back the sod they had to cut out to put the forms in.  They made sure all the gaps were filled in and the lawn was level with the new sidewalk. Then they pressure washed everything included the street to remove any pebbles and dirt. <br> <br>We are very happy with our new steps and sidewalks.  John took the time to call me and tell me how to care for the concrete in the first few years of ownership.  He told me that most homeowners can DYI it, although he could perform the work.  Even schooled me in the proper type of sealant to purchase and how to apply it. <br> <br> <br> <br>  <br> <br> <br>"

"I informed the company that the driveway had to look exactly the same, per HOA rules. The company stamped the driveway with their logo. I saw the logo a couple hours after they left. I called them and asked them to repair it and they refused. I was also disappointed that the workers shoved all the trash they generated in the trenches they dug next to the driveway and then buried it."

"Driveway sealing was pretty good; the area of the driveway was much larger than anticipated, so it cost more than I thought (but hey, that's the cost of doing business).  One of the purchased tasks was also to fill in a depression in the driveway.  THAT didn't go so well; I am not happy with the results.  I was told they had some asphalt leftover from the last job, and they just stuck it in the hole and left it.  If needed more, the depression is still not even close to being "flat".    Other than that, I was satisfied. <br />"

"Overall I was very pleased with the experience.  The technician that did the inspection was obviously very experienced.  The house is about 70 years old and through the various remodels it has had over the decades, one of the previous owners made some modifications that caused us to be a tiny bit concerned.  The tech was kind enough to walk us through the inspection and his findings.  Turns out our area of concern was very easy to fix.  Had we let it go for a few years, repairs would have been a lot more extensive, expensive, industrious and time consuming. Because we got it checked out early, the fix was cheap, easy and fast.  the inspection was worth every penny. <br />"

"I would like to take a minute and say Thank you to this Company for providing me with an excellent service and product of Granitite. I found this Company at a Home and Garden Show back in 2010 and have had them come out to my house for three different projects from 2010-2013. <br /> First project was to do curb appeal to front of house only in April 2010. My existing concrete porch and sidewalk was cracking and uneven, they came out to house for consult and gave me options of what they thought best for the current conditions of my concrete. I was able to choose my color of Granitite in which I choose two different colors, one for sidewalk and porch and another color for foundation of house. I did not need to be home for them to work and they completed Phase I in under a week. I have received more compliments from others when they see the end result of Granitite. It is very easy to clean, has kept its color and no visible cracks or issues as of todays date. <br /> Second project was for Phase II in March 2011, I had concrete floors in unfinished basement, they advised an epoxy finish to complete floors and was able to choose a color that worked for me. Finished product has improved the quality and look of my basement, I couldn't be more pleased with the work. These guys are true professionals and plan on having them back for Phase III. <br /> Third project in May 2013, final project for them, I had them finish all sidewalks around house, back porch steps and surrounding foundation to my house to cover existing ugly concrete, kept in color of original choice. Finished product has made such a great impact on the house, I get many compliments from neighbors. I am truly pleased. <br />"
