Josh was extremely knowledgeable, explaining what had been done incorrectly the last time the roof was replaced, and the steps that would be taken to remedy the situation. The estimate appointment lasted about an hour between examining the roof and reviewing the products / answering any questions we had. I put some plastic over some of the windows, and the change was almost instant. I would have rather put the money I spent for the insulation into putting in new windows. They were professional, and they did a good job. They just missed that I needed windows instead of insulation."
