"We needed a full renovation of our bathroom in order to accommodate my wife who is physically handicapped and is unable to navigate over ANY barrier in the bathroom. I needed a bathroom that met her needs AND was designed appropriately for use by non-handicapped visitors. Charles from Charles Home Improvement came to the house and truly listened to my somewhat complex needs including a bathroom with no curbs, no shower doors, or walls. After meeting with him he gave me a bid which was most reasonable. The staff he hired to do the floor and wall tile, plumbing, counter tops, cabinets, and doors were very professional. The work was top quality. I enjoyed watching them work each day to accomplish the vision my wife and I had. With GREAT effort they completed the work ON TIME and ON BUDGET! A bathroom that is bright, modern, and completely ADA compliant .... and a bathroom that looks great! Charles Home Improvement is a wonderful company with great people. "BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"

"I have 5 systems on my home and I've previously purchased systems from CoolRay, Cool-Air, and Reliable. I decided to go back to Cool-Air because of the reliability of the Lennox System that I already have. Stan Bailey at Cool-Air was the sales person. 1. At first I thought this experience was go smoothly, however, days before the scheduled installation, my credit card was charged for the total price of the equipment and installation even though no work had been started and no equipment had been delivered. 2. When the scheduled installation date did arrive, 2 people showed up and after walking through the attic (just like the salesperson Stan Bailey), these installers indicated that they needed to go to the home improvement store and purchase some plywood to walk on in the attic. The installers left and came back about 15 minutes later with no plywood. 3. The installers now begin telling me that they think the equipment is "too heavy" for the 2 of them, and they would need a third person. a: What happened with the plywood that you needed to buy ? and, b: You didn't know the weight of the equipment when you put it in the back of your truck ? ) 4. The installers left saying that they would return the next morning with the plywood and a 3rd person to do the installation. 5. I notified the salesperson (Stan Bailey) of what had transpired and that I expected the installers to return the next morning to start the installation as promised, and that if they did not return I would be cancelling the service. Stan replied with a cryptic message of just "I understand".... nothing more, no apology, no confirmation, nothing. 6. The next morning, I didn't receive the usual text notification that the installers would be arriving, and the installers never showed up. 7. Again, I notified Stan Bailey that I was very disappointed with Cool-Air, their lack of response, especially after charging my credit card well in advance of any work being done and that I would be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Again, I just received a non-chalant response of "I'll notify the installation department".... nothing else, no apology, no commitment of arrival, no confirmation of cancellation. This entire experience has completely changed my judgement of Cool-Air Mechanical. Aside from the poor business practices, and broken promises, the total lack of communication and obvious disregard for what they put me through, I would never recommend doing business with this company."
