"Labor day weekend and we had a toilet back up. Sewage all over our powder room and hallway floor. Worked on it through the day and finally called Roto Rooter at night. After spending time and working hard trying to clear the deain, the gentleman called for help. With lots if high tech instruments, the found where the problem was and how to fix it. Note that this was in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend. A big job, Roto Rooter completed it in a few days (after the weekend) including significant cleanup. They also helped with Insurance claims through the process."

"The technician was on time and courteous.  My A/C wasn't blowing any cold air, so he checked the air handler first, then checked the heat pump.  The freon was very low, 1.5 pounds in a 3.5 pound system, so he charged the unit with freon.  The air was fine after that.  He did a check for leaks from the evaporator coil "on the house" and showed me that the coil was losing coolant from several spots.  He recommended that an engineer come have a look about a system replacement since it was impossible to tell how long the coolant was leaking - the main issue being that the coil had several leaking spots. <br /> Overall the service went well.  The price was a function of the high price of freon ($90 or so per pound), so it could have been any HVAC company getting dinged on the price issue. <br />"

He was hindered from camera location finding equipment that didn&apos;t seem to work and a 100-ft camera cord that didn&apos;t extend to the street, so we never confirmed if there was a problem or not. As such, the only way they would guarantee the work performed today, was if I purchased one of their tiered repair packages for $3,000 - $10,000 additional and definite excavation work to add a new blowout pipe. While no blockage or obstacle was found, Robert was able to release the pressure and we have full drainage as of now. Really appreciate the immediacy of solving the immediate problem right away! Unfortunately, I&apos;m a bit concerned the core issue wasn&apos;t identified or resolved, so the likelihood of a recurrence seems higher than desired, but I remain hopeful. Robert very politely concurred and clearly explained he wasn&apos;t able to do anything additional without further purchase. Fingers crossed and here&apos;s to having good luck!"
