Get matched with top concrete foundation repairers in Union-Hill, IL

"Leveled driveway and sidewalk, repaired expansion joints and repaired gouge in driveway. Neighbors have commented how good it looks."

"Jim was our representative. He kept us aware of his schedule and his arrival time. He was courteous and professional. We showed the concerns we had to him and he asked if he could look around so he could check all foundation walls. He did, and was wonderful walking us through what was needed to be done and what was not an issue as well as gettiing us on the calendar that best fit our calendar to fix that which was a concern. We would highly recommend this company and Jim to care for your foundation, basement, and crawlspace."

"Signed the contact on Monday, came to the house on Friday (first day of a 95+ heat wave). Went right to work and done in under an hour. Front pathway was raised 3" ($150) while the large cavity under the stoop was filled completely ($450)"

"It went well. I had no issues at all."

"Robert and Mario were super to deal with. Kept appointment were on time completed foundation repair as described and were fair in their pricing. I'm glad to have such quality service with a company that keeps their promises."

"Quickly and efficiently. Mike even checked around the entire basement for any possible leaks that I may have overlooked."

"PROS: Were quick to respond that they could do the job on last minute notice.
Owner fairly responsive via phone and text.
Reasonable pricing
CONS: As with many projects, went a week over schedule.
Dumpster and cars left in my parking lot when all the spots were already accounted for. Made it nearly an unusable space.(In company's defense, they were having a ton of trouble with the dumpster company). Even after they were told this nothing changed.
Did not provide accurate updates of the work and what the end result would be.

"They completed the repair and identified an additional crack that needed attention, which required a small additional cost."
