"I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show.  They were extremely friendly over the phone.  I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM.  They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect.  They arrived at 10AM.

Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional.  I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front.  I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor.  He immediately got to work.  He wore footies over his shoes while in the house.  He worked diligently and answered all of my questions.  After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way.

A very pleasant and hassle free experience.  I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for the Franklin County area again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.

The job also comes with a 30 day warranty which I thought was great and definitely put my mind at ease just in case something happened again."

"My sump pump went out the night before and the water was 8 inches from the top. They called when they were 30 minutes away and gave me a reasonable estimate and had a new pump on the truck. They not only were done quickly and cleaned everything up but explained the maintenance I needed since the drain was put in incorrectly. Plus they were under the medium price for this job. I am completely happy with the job done!"

"High and Dry came to my house the day I contacted them The engineer took measurements of what I had thought was a sinking foundation He assured me the foundation was not sinking and told me they were happy to put my worries to rest. "Perfect job! First time they came out they determined the problem was in the gasline encased in stonework. Recommended getting a stonemason to chip away the rock, expose the line. Lined up the stonemason and phoned Jamison to make the appointment. Owner of company told me he would personally come out at the time of the stonemason to make sure no more stone than necessary removed. He did so. After rock removed, one of Jamison's plumbers came out, replaced the gasline (obstructed w/years of corrosion) and replace the ignition switch, reassembled the burner and ignited the pit. This company has first class workers and know what they are doing! Highly recommend for complicated jobs, such as this one! Thanks!

On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like.
