He told me he would arrive at my home that same day to look at the property and give me an estimate. He was punctual and gave me a written out estimate (not just verbal). They removed snow from the sidewalk, 2 driveways, 2 walkways and front steps. They also removed the snow from our car parked in the driveway. They did not shoot the snow at my neighbors' property, which I appreciate. The price was a little high, but his team did an excellent job and were professional and punctual.
