"The technician arrived on time and immediately checked over the whole house, from the attic to the roof to the basement (took between 30 - 60 minutes). He informed us that the holes were not caused by animals, but put there when the house was constructed. It speaks to the professionalism of this technician and his company that he informed us after this thorough inspection that we do not, in fact, need any pest control at this time! It made our day. "It went bery well! Emergency situation over Memorial Day weekend-yikes! Don showed up to remove bird nests in my stove vent. I knew they were in there and I made a bad decision to wait to let the babies fly the coop. Don't wait that long! I called one pest control company (Number One Pest Control) that luckily referred me to On the Fly for wildlife control. Don showed up on a Sunday & was very nice. He cleaned out the vent to his best ability & screened it up so it can't happen again. Because of other related pests, I now need a duct cleaning from another company. oh no! Don encouraged me to call vent cleaning companies while he was there, one company called me back & Don spoke to him to explain what I need & to ensure this company could do the work. What a relief to have him there during the call! Note to larger pest control companies that I first called--they didn't offer wildlife services & didn't provide a recommendation-Very disappointing!"

"Before moving into my new home Atlantic did my termite inspection. Because of this, they offered me a year of quarterly pest services for a discounted price. At first I wasn't going to use them, until I moved into my home and discovered a mouse was here with me. I called Atlantic and they were able to send someone the next day! The gentleman who came, I believe his name was Will or William, was OUTSTANDING! He was polite, knowledgable, friendly, and put me at ease about an uneasy situation. He did a thorough inspection, explained what he was doing every step of the way, and put solutions in place based on what he found. He even went an extra step to ask me for a broom to sweep up a large amount of mouse droppings that were behind my oven! Living and working in the city I have had my fair share of run-ins with rodents and with pest control companies and this was by far the best experience I have had. I am so glad this is the company that is working with me and hope that William comes by next time I need service because he was just wonderful."
