Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

He indicated that we could purchase those parts through the company, or if I had the parts onhand, he could just install them (saving money). Fortunately, The Home Depot nearby was open, and I was able to get the two pieces fairly quickly. Miguel then: * installed the garbage disposal (and took care of getting rid of the old one), * connected the replacement shut-off valve, * replaced the faucet itself, and made sure that none of it leaked. "The plumber arrived on time, assessed the work to be done and the setting, and provided us with an estimate for five separate options. He thought he needed help, but no one was available from his company. So he went out to the plumbing supply store to pick up supplies we had not provided (we had purchased all of the replacement faucets, and two of the four shutoff valves). He worked diligently and finished the project by late afternoon. Our only complaint was that the plumber did not set the drain plugs properly. I spent about an hour resetting the “open” position so that liquids would drain properly."

"Victoria Cedillo (tech) tried hard to clear a blocked drain before finally realizing the waste pipe needed to be replaced. She and Juan Arreola replaced the bathroom waste pipe and when I looked at the cutaway piece of pipe I saw that the pipe was packed solid with 60 years of gunk. I admire everything that Victoria tried first before going with the more extensive option. I trust Mike Counsil Plumbing and wouldn't even think of calling anyone else for my home, my parent's home or friend's homes."
