"I was completely satisfied with the freezer repair with this repair service . Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. My unit is 14 years old and I was concerned that it may have to replaced. He understood my concerns and diagnosed the problem promptly and had it repaired quickly. The next time that I need an appliance repaired I will definitely contact them. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
