After deicing it he found that it was bad. He replaced it and spent as much time as was needed to repair the problem. "Scott did a great job on the repairs. I called him Friday and he was out on Monday. I had given him the model #s so he had all the parts required. He called on Sunday to confirm that he would be there on Monday and the approx. time. He fixed everything and tested it to make sure. He is very clean and neat.
