"Just wanted to thank Kody DeWitt with Home Genius Exteriors for helping us get our new roof. It was long over due and we were not sure what our options were. That is where Kody came in and walked us through the entire process. He got on the roof and climbed up in a tiny little crawspace that I would never get into. He came down pouring sweat but never missed a beat. After he came down he went over all of issues we had in our crawspace and on the roof. We didnâ t know what to expect but Kody is the man! After going over all the issues he broke down the price and payments. It was a bit more than we expected but we knew Kody was not just trying to sell us. He had our best interests at heart. He actually found a way to make it affordable and we didnâ t have to give up anything the roof needed. We were expecting we would have to wait to get it done but he came Wednesday and the roof will be done today!!!! When he realized that the casing around our door frames was no longer available, he took the time to visit several related stores and found a close substitute. Of course, that meant he needed to replace the entire door frames so all sides would match. We appreciate that extra effort. He is a talented carpenter with good customer service skills. Occasionally, he had scheduling conflicts, but kept us informed."

"The work was completed swiftly and with exceptional attention to detail. Jaime replaced the section of rotted board and checked the structure underneath it to make sure there wasn't more damage. He then covered the entire board beneath our door with composite wood to protect it from water dripping from our roof overhang. On the second job he installed white vynil soffit panels under the window overhang after capping and sealing the overhang. He took great care to run our TV/internet cable in inside the j-channel trim so that it is no longer hanging down and accessible to critters nibbling on it. Jaime is someone who is knowledgeable, honest and sharing. He quickly answered questions we might have had about the projects and anything else that might be on our minds regarding our home.
