Roto-rooter was able to come for same-day service and was very professional and careful to minimize mess, using tarps and avoiding rugs. They had to remove the toilet from the main bathroom to snake out from the house using a 100' snake. They then replaced the toilet and cleaned up their gear. <br /> They also provided good customer service by explaining what was going on, how much it would cost and what I was paying for. I found them to be friendly, fast, and courteous. In addition to the service they recommended some products for preventative maintenance, but weren't pushy about it (which I appreciated). <br />"

"They asked lots of questions about what happened in what order before the problem showed up. Then they checked all the spots, moved outside and found the sewer line, then hooked up the big plumbers snake and ran it in and chewed thru the frozen and clogged clog and cleared it then put cleaning crystals in the pipes in the house to clean any remaining sludge from the lines. Told me to call if there were any future problems but said they didn't expect any. They flushed all toilets and ran all water faucets to make sure they were clear. I am very very pleased with the speed of service and their professional attitude. "On Sunday afternoon, my mother was washing clothes and water started pouring out from underneath the washer. <br /> At the same time water was filling up in the tub and the toilet.  The neighbor thought she had the toilet fixed and we heard it "running."  When we went to the bathroom water was flowing from the toilet everywhere. <br /> I didn't know who to call and my friend said they called "The Uncloggables."  She said they were the best and she was right. <br /> I called Sunday evening and left a message for them to please contact me this morning (Monday) as soon as possible since my 85 year-old mother was without water. <br /> Jeremy called at 7:53 and said they were ready to come out immediately which they did. <br /> They arrived at 8:00 am and took off the two traps tops in the front yard.  They had to run the sewer snake to the main line.  There was a blockage and a piece of frozen debris in the line.  <br /> Once the water was free flowing again, they fixed the toilet where I pulled off a piece inside the tank trying to stop the water.  <br /> They couldn't have been any nicer.  I will call them definitely for any plumbing needs for myself or my mother in the future.  Since they were there an hour, they just charged me the hourly rate.  Thank you again for your excellent, rapid, service.  You guys are the BEST!!! <br />"
