"We are absolutely in love with our new shower. We hired West Shore Homes to remove our existing tub/shower combo and replace it with a new shower. The installers Jordan and Tim were very customer oriented and technically skilled. They arrived per the schedule and completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time. All while being courteous enough to answer all of our questions. The installation was very high quality, and included replacement of the existing drywall behind the shower with plywood sheets. This provided a rock solid backing for the acrylic material that we selected. Additionally, all of the components used were of stellar quality. As I indicated, we absolutely love the finished product and have no qualms about recommending West Shore Homes for this type of work."

"Bob DeIuliis met with us personally to view the bathrooms and measure and talk design.  He then returned to share his proposed ideas in person.  He was thoroughly professional, polite, and attentive to our requests.  Throughout the entire time, from initial call to completion, he and his employees were only interested in making us happy.  They returned calls promptly.  They had inspectors out quickly to move the process along.  They were knowledgeable and even brought to our attention a problem with our roof during demolition of our master bath.  The allowances we were provided for cabinetry, plumbing fixtures and tile were generous and we were able to get exactly what we wanted, and even upgrade some of our choices.  When the job was finished, the project manager, Ed Rasavage, came out to view the job and make sure we were completely satisfied.  
The job has been completed for over a year and we have not had to call Talon out to fix anything!  We love the job they did.

"Robert called when he was enroute and arrived early. Hired him as an electrician for the day. During the day he replaced 2 ceiling fans and replaced 5 outside lights on the porch, garage, and back porch. He replaced a fuse for the ceiling fan, and changed out the front doorbell switch after trouble shooting it. He replaced a smoke detector and he replaced two light fixtures in our bathrooms. After completing all electrical work early, he gladly changed out a faucet in the powder room, and put up new 3-piece bathroom fixtures in all three bathrooms. All in a day's work. Robert was very professional the entire period and only stopped work after his 7 hours were up. Would gladly recommend his proficient and professional service. Terry Reid (Col USMC retired)"

"This was an Angie's List special - 2 hours of handyman labor for $99.00.  We had to supply all parts.  Luckily, I had some left over caulk!!  The gentleman who did the work was proficient in knowledge and experience.  He repaired both areas I asked for (recaulk a shower, and replace a sheet rock tape which had come loose due to the shower above.  I would definitely hire this company again at normal prices!
