Contractors arrived exactly on time (7 AM) and in force (approx 10 folks).  They knew what they were doing and had furniture moved and covered (and floors covered) very quickly to allow a rapid start.  The division of labor was impressive to watch - confirming they had no doubt done this many times before.  The results look great and reflect care and attention to detail.  They went "above and beyond" with the repairs to the porch - we has wanted some bad wood replaced (which they did using PVC) . . . but they also replaced other "soon to be trouble spots" and repainted the porch.
Equally impressive is they brought enough people to complete everything in one day.

He arrived on-time and started working. The door size we had purchased (the closest size door they had) was way off and, he could have just asked us to buy a different door. Instead, he was able to send us with a list of supplies, then he managed to modify the porch wall, re-screen the door area of the porch wall, and then hang the new door. He did a beautiful job."
