"Electrical in an older home can be complicated. We had several people give outrageous estimates or never show up to do the work. Stapleford electric was prompt in providing an estimate and completed the work with quality. The cost for installing a new outlet and bracing for a large, heavy chandelier was fixed cost and other work was a time and materials rate. Both were reasonable and they knew what they were doing with the old style wiring. We had an additional expense to get plaster repaired separately but that would have been the case no matter who did the electrical work - they referred us to a master plasterer which was great. I have no reservations to recommend or use Stapleford again."

"The work began with the medicine cabinet.  Ben had to disconnect all the wires before removing the cabinet from the wall.  Once the cabinet was free, he was able to replace the switch and attach the wires to the switch.  Next was attaching all the other wires to the external and internal lights.  The the cabinet was reattached to the wall. <br /> The second item was replacing a GFC outlet; however, after close examination, Ben found that the problem with no electricity to the outlet nor the two outdoor lights was a light switch, not the outlet.  He replaced the switch and everything worked perfectly. <br /> The entire experience far exceeded my expectations.  Ben arrived promptly, looked at the jobs, and went right to work.  After completing the jobs, he looked at 2 future projects and made recommendations. <br /> I would hire Ben and Mr. Electric of Lancaster County again without reservation. <br />"
