"After a year and a half of enjoying our first huge renovation with PRISTINE CONSTRUCTION, we realized it was time to beautify our home with their exquisite touch again. This time we focused on our daughter's room, which was just a room. Once again, Nathan came up with an incredible design which made her room into an elegant, hotel like, bedroom suite! French doors to our backyard with an amazing brick step down, double, walk-in closets and a to die for whimsical bathroom. Demolition, pouring of new extended foundation and framing started promptly on July 5th. Within a week and two days, the framing was done! Incredible! We love Andy's framing due to the devoted workers he sends. Plumbing, electrical and HVAC came next. Nathan spent personal time with us picking out plumbing fixtures, tile and flooring. What a Godsend he is. Mike was over practically every day checking on the details. The cabinetry whiz, Yone, specially designed our daughter's desk, bookshelf and bathroom cabinets and even added a special hair dryer plug inside one drawer! Pristine Construction worked on our project as if it was their own home. Never did we experience one headache, which in this day and time is rare! The incredible patience of Nathan and the detail-orientated kindness of Mike was much appreciated. Emma at the office gave us daily updates on scheduling in such a professional and sweet way. Our daughter was very much a part of the design of her room and she was speechless when it was finished. Leave it to say, she is the envy of all of her friends! There is only one more small area of our house that needs to be redone. You can know for sure that it will be PRISTINE CONSTRUCTION!"

"We just finished a four bedroom/ three bathroom full remodel in Santa Monica. We are very happy with the end result. Nathan, who is the owner, was very involved in all phases of the job. Nathan got the job done on time. The workmanship and attention to detail was great. He had good communication and relationship with his team. Whenever we had a concern or question, Nathan was easy to get a hold of and handled it quickly. We were worried about the process of a remodel with all the stories you hear about bad experiences. But Nathan made this so easy on us and we would definitely use him for any future projects."

"Their skilled craftsmen transformed our dated living room into a beautiful open-concept space. They removed the load-bearing wall safely, installing a massive support beam flawlessly."

"Our Kitchen remodel was completed in a timely manner. If you want your Kitchen Remodel done by a perfectionist, Jeremiah and Bridgestone Construction is the company to hire. Jeremiah personally will bring the showroom to your home and help you design the kitchen of your dreams. He is a licensed contractor that really knows his stuff. He was in and out of our home in no time at all. His cabinets are 100% better then Home Depot or other stores and he is prompt and professional. If you go with someone else you will be disappointed. I will definitely use Jeremiah and Bridgestone Construction for our bathroom remodel. Take a look at this kitchen, my wife's dream come true."

"After receiving several quotes for our bathroom renovations project my husband and I decided to go with Creative Home Remodeling. Their quote was competitive and the project manager Ben Sviri made us feel comfortable that he really understood our vision and was capable of executing it for us. Upon starting with demolition all the way through the finished project it was smooth and done in a timely manner. There was some additional water damage that was found after demo which included extra work which was understandable. Ben worked with us on price and we were grateful that the work was being done correctly and professionally. Unfortunately our home was renovated by the previous owner and not done to standard or code. But we feel at ease now knowing the work done by Creative Home Remodeling was done efficiently. Each step of our reno was inspected and passed by the city. Every question or concern we had was answered quickly by Ben and I felt satisfied that he took great care to handle them. Overall the project took about 6 weeks even with the extra work that was needed. Each contractor that worked on each step of the reno was respectful of our home and efficient with their work. I was thoroughly impressed at the speed and care at which they worked each skill. From demo, plumbing, electrical, tiling, paint, etc., it was all done wonderfully. The end project is a completely different bathroom and we love it so much. It turned out beautiful and we are so happy with the results. We would definitely recommend Creative Home Remodeling and plan on using them again for future projects."

"It all began with a leaky toilet in a 40 year old house.  The water damaged the floor in the bathroom on the second story and flowed down into the bathroom of the first story and ruined the wall. As long as they were going to fix two bathrooms why not fix all three?  Due to the age and inconvenience of the layout the kitchen was added to the remodeling and since the family room was connected to the kitchen that was included also.
It was difficult to live in a house that had a lot of remodeling going on but Gino tried to be efficient and would try to finish the easiest and quickest sooner before getting to the more disruptive and harder jobs.  Gino brought to our attention many good ideas that would be efficient and frugal for each room.  He was able to show us diagrams and/or materials of what his thoughts were to make it easier for us to make our decisions.  He also brought in many specialists to work on each room.  Gino oversaw his staff and worked the job as well.
The extras that he did was drive around my mother to show her materials, write down what was needed to be done, thought and tended to things to help us get through the entire remodel, listen to thoughts, concerns and suggestions and removed much of the the debris from the work.  Thank you Gino!
We are very pleased with how the remodel turned out.  It is amazing the transformation.  We will use him to remodel in the future!"

"We decided to remodel our two bedrooms and a living room. After we received six quotes we decided to hire House R Us because their offer was most realistic. Oren was our project manager. He made this big project simple and without big issues. He and his crew were disciplined, clean and professional. Oren was very communicative, answered all our questions and helped us with his advises. The project was finished ahead of schedule and the final outcome is great. Our new rooms looks beautiful! Highly recommend Oren and House R Us!"

"We hired Construction Masters to renovate a few rooms in our house, and they did an awesome job. Mickey and Moshe were always friendly, easy to work with, and always kept us in the loop. They handled our kitchen remodel, updated both bathrooms, and finished the garage. The quality of the work is fantastic, and everything turned out even better than we imagined. They showed up on time, kept things tidy, and wrapped up right on schedule. Anytime we had questions or small changes, they took care of it right away. We?re thrilled with how the house looks now and would definitely call them again for future projects. Highly recommend them to anyone planning a renovation."

"I'm grateful for the remarkable transformation of my previously awkward 2 bed/1 bath into a fully functional 2 bed/2 bath plus office. After interviewing several companies, I chose HIC Construction because Idan was open-minded, thoughtful, and had good ideas for my first renovation project. Choosing a contractor is like a marriage, and Avi delivered on what was promised, mostly within the expected timeframe. We rearranged plumbing, added a subpanel for a larger kitchen, replaced ducts, added a new furnace, and created two new bathrooms. I appreciate project manager Avi for navigating project issues and assisting in design and investment decisions. I look forward to witnessing your company's continued success."

"My husband and I just finished a remodel of our guest house in Sherwood Forest. We used a company called Universal Home Design Inc. The contractor and owner of the company Ouriel Lousky was most professional in every aspect of the job. His crews were timely and most efficient in every way. He had his subcontractors lined up so the job was never lagging behind. I would recommend him to anyone who is planning on a remodel or a renovation. Mary V."
