He replaced hot and cold washer Bibs shut offs and removed saddle needle shutoff of ice maker to waterline. He also checked before he left to make sure there were no leaks from work done. I did not expect it but, he also went out of his way and took time to cut down a tree branch that was blocking the driveway which I truly appreciated. He is personal, friendly, and engaging.
