"Roland was awesome. He called to say he might be a few minutes late due to prior job, but then got to our house at scheduled time. He arrived with his mask on due to Covid 19 cautions, and was courteous and efficient. He examined chimney caps and took pics for me, as well as inspecting the flu from the bottom. He did not charge me the full amount quoted, as chimney did not need cleaning. I would definitely recommend him!"

"Setting the appointment was easy as well as the arrival of the technician and inspection. Where is falls short is my chimney required a replacement panel. I asked for a follow-up so I could order and have it installed. To date no call back and now I am looking to do this service myself."

"It truly was a great experience!! We had All Service come out to do a chimney sweep for us. While they were here, the polite young man suggested that our gutters needed to be cleaned!! When he showed them to me---wow! He was right! My gutters were awful. He did them for me at an incredibly reasonable price and did an excellent job!!!"

"Boy, it Aran a Gem!!  Sadly, we seem to be living in an era when service and politeness are not important  for the roofing community.  After calling and leaving messages asking for  someone to come look at our roofing problem and give us  an estimate and a possible starting date, only one roofer (CR Roofing) replied.  It took three attempts to finally have him arrive.  He told us we would need to reroof our garage and would get back to us with an estimate.  Nada! <br /> Finally called Repair your roof 4 less and Aran called. made and kept the appointment. He arrived on time, very carefully inspected our roof and told us what was wrong and what needed to be done correctly.  Aran said we need the garage roof completely redone--removing the old too coverings, making any structural fixes that maybe  needed and correctly reproofing  with a special material called TPO material. <br /> Knowing that he would not be proving any service to us, he still stayed for over an hour and a half fully explaining why we were having this problem and exactly how it would be fixed any someone else. Although Aran knew how to handle this type of roofing material, he knew that his crew didn't have the experience. <br /> Thhis man is a GEM..If we have any other future repairs nned on our house roof, we will call Aran. <br />"

"It's been a bit over a year since James repaired and resealed our roof with a rubberized coating. I wanted to wait until we had several rain storms before leaving a review. I can now say that the roof work is holding up extremely well. No leaks and no more rust stains. James worked mostly alone on our roof and did a fantastic job. Thanks so much!"

"They were great! They gave us info about the chimney and they said that they did not do that stuff but they will try and refer us to someone who will do it and they do inspecting on the first the day we called them. It was Justin Edward that was absolutely wonderful. It was less expensive than we expected it to be, and they give you discounts, they were like very thorough and they were helpful and they were very straightforward, very nice."

"I'm very pleased with the work Starr Roofing did for me. The work was done quickly and exactly as we agreed on plus the cost was less than I expected. They cleaned up after themselves very well before they left. I would definitely hire them again!"

"Hailstorm hit my area a few years ago and after seeing a number of my neighbors getting their roof replaced I called a Texas windstorm inspector, who said my roof was 50% damaged and needed to be replaced. <br /> The way it worked with Texas windstorm at the time was that it had to be repaired or they would not provide any more coverage, so I called Berryman Roofing to quote replacements. In terms of money I don't actually know the final value of the repair, since it was through my windstorm insurance. <br /> I was fairly impressed with the two reps who came out to quote the roof. Texas Windstorm didn't seem like it was going to give me enough money to cover it, but the roofers assured me they'd handle it. Work started a week or two after I signed the paperwork. They suggested upgrading my shingles to a superior type, which cost me an extra $600 out of pocket (Windstorm will replace like for like, so upgrades were on me). I live on the Gulf coast so it wasn't a hard sell giving me 120 mph rated shingles over the 80 mph the original ones had. They were thicker, heavier and were also more resistant to hail damage. Look better too, so it wasn't a hard sell given that it's a tiny fraction of the overall cost of a new roof. <br /> They were in and out in one day. I left for work fairly early, before any of them arrived, and got home late that day around 7. The roof was completely stripped, new shingles put on and everything cleaned up and removed before I got home. I never actually saw them, but they also replaced dented fittings over my vents, put hoods over vents that weren't covered and in general did a quality job. <br /> They maintain offices here locally and said they will warranty their work, though so far I've had no reason to call them back out. Windstorm was a bit slow cutting me checks to pay them, but they weren't pushy about billing and after I paid out everything I was supposed to they dealt with windstorm directly and that was the last I heard of it. I presume the repairs cost more than what Windstorm budgeted for and there's some mechanism for them to seek out whatever the difference was, but honestly I don't know the specifics. <br /> I suppose I should mention there are roofing companies who will offer to 'pay your deductible' presumably by overcharging the insurance and handing money back to their customer. I know by my policies I was responsible to pay out of pocket for upgrades and for the deductible, so that sort of thing is insurance fraud as far as I can tell. Berryman won't do it, despite that it's fairly damaging for their competitiveness. Seems to be an honest company, and it's been around for something like 30 years so they're not going to just disappear after the job's done. <br />"
