He explained why the damage occurred to the existing masonite, and recommended a much better solution that will prevent the problem from recurring. His estimate was very reasonable, and he was able to complete the job in a timely manner which was important to us since we are trying to sell our home. The crew, led by Alex showed up on time and worked throughout the day. They removed the damaged portions of masonite, and replaced them with hardie board pieces in a manner that you can't even see where the joints are. They caulked and painted the areas to match the existing trim. The job was completed on schedule and the house looks better than it has in years. "The enclosure of our patio into a four seasons sunroom went well. I would have rated 5.0, but communication was lacking after the sale. There was a significant wait time after the sale, and no communication afterwards to update us on when the materials were expected. I had to initiate all communication. We were surprised that the project manager was never onsite after the initial drawings were done, but were very pleased with the subcontractors who actually did the installation. They did a great job and very nice and respectful! The sunroom is great! One recommendation is that we had our AC company install a dustless air conditioner. We had been advised by Champion that that it could be done before or after the sunroom installation. We had the AC installed before the sunroom which was definitely the right way to do it so that our sunroom wall/glass was not disturbed after it was installed."

"Due to a City of San Antonio road expansion project, I had to completely change the way I entered, parked and exited my personal vehicle onto my property. My present garage entry was no longer available to me. I now needed to have access into my garage from the opposite end of the garage building. Alamo City Handyman was paramount in helping me accomplish this multi-level goal. Dave successfully and smoothly coordinated this multi-phase project and cannot thank him and his company enough! Dave set up and provided an Electrician to install a new electrical outlet for the new garage door opener. The electrician arrived on time, he attached the long, electrical wire run neatly to the garage’s sheet rock ceiling, the newly installed outlet worked perfectly and he cleaned his work area nicely. Very professional job. Dave set up and provided the Construction Crew to make ready the garage wall (the opposite wall from the old garage door entry) for my vehicle’s entry, parking and exit. The tasks included; cutting out a 7 ft by 8 ft opening in the wall, supporting the opening with a new truss on the top and timbers on the side, framing and painting around the new opening and building a wooden ramp inside the garage to accommodate the different ground levels from outside to inside the garage. The last and most important step to me was to secure/close up the new opening with plywood and wooden cross braces until the new garage door arrived! Richard and his crew did an excellent job at each level on this part of the project! Dave set up and provided the Garage Door Installer crew. Alex and his installed my new garage door and door opener. This was a from scratch installation job that included; mounting new rail tracks and springs on the garage ceiling, installing the door itself, setting up the safety travel of the door, installing the new Lift Master garage door opener on the garage door wall, programming the new opener and the two remotes. Alex and crew did a very job on the trim work around the new garage door. All the door’s sensor wires were neatly placed and secured. Alex’s work was very meticulous and through at this last but extremely important stage of my new garage door project."

"THE WHOLE JOB WAS AMAZING!! THANKS!! We had been wanting to get new windows for years, but the prices were ridiculous. Then Rick called, we agreed to let him come out and give us a price. We were skeptical when he quoted us a price, we had to ask twice about it being the full cost. We have a log home so the main thing was that we could keep our inside and outside trim, all the other companies said it would have to be replaced with their product. And again, the price was so much less than any of the others we had priced. Then came the installation, the crew he sent out was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. With a log home things are a little different and they made sure that everything was just right. Everything cleaned up when the left. The real test came this winter, with our old windows wind came in all around them. No problem this winter no wind, nice and cozy."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We met with 3 contractors to quote work for roof replacement and complete replacement of our cedar siding on a late 70s home (original siding was rotting). Integrity was not the lowest price from the group. However, the high quality of their demonstrated properties, excellent service record, and great referrals encouraged us to contact with them. The estimates and work plan were thoroughly explained by their sales staff. Due to it being original siding, our home required customer cut cedar siding which their carpenters did to perfection. You couldn't tell it wasn't the original siding! They also handled painting and trim perfectly. The roof replacement was through insurance claims (we had hail damage). Their pricing was right in line with our insurance company, went very quickly, and we’ve had no issues since. It also matches well with the siding. When we're working in the yard, at least 10 different cars/passerby’s have asked us who did our siding and roof. Cars have stopped as well to admire the restoration work they did. Definitely recommend!"
