"Al and his team were even better the second time around. Al remodeled a kitchen in our previous house and recently moved into a new house that also was sorely overdo for a major kitchen remodel. Fortunately, we didn’t have to look hard for a great contractor. We gave Al a call and he got the team together and we quickly had a detailed plan on what needed to be done and what it would cost. Once again, Al only works with the best subcontractors who are just as committed to making our vision a reality as he is. He also worked closely with our kitchen designer at RSI to get the layout planned perfectly, even during the demo when we discovered uneven walls making cabinet fitting more difficult than expected. Al has the experience and knowledge that the inevitable hiccups and surprises during demo of an old house don’t phase him. Problems with the subfloor under our old parquet only set them back a few hours to replace the boards. Raising a structural beam so it didn’t hang as low was similarly something that Al had no trouble knowing how to do. Al also has a very ‘customer is always right’ mentality, if we saw or noticed something not quite perfect, Al would get the subcontractors back to fix it. He never brushed even the littlest detail off. If it was a small detail for us, it was still a big detail for him. We hope to not have to do another kitchen for a while, but will definitely be working with Al for any future remodeling projects we have."

"GA Chott did a full kitchen remodel for us. New flooring, cabinets, backsplash, quartz countertops, lighting, and a new floor plan. They had to add new electrical and move plumbing for us. We could not be happier. Darryll listened to what we wanted and his team, led by James did an outstanding job on all aspects of our project. James is a true professional who pays attention to the little details and was always willing to answer my many questions. He was a pleasure to have in our home. This is the second time that we have hired GA Chott. They also installed a new fabulous bathroom in our basement several years ago and we were so happy with their work that we called them when it was time to remodel our kitchen. Both times they worked in our house they showed up every day on time and did a great job. We will definitely be calling them again with any future work we need done. Brian Inkley (owner) and Jacob Quick (project manager) have a team of dedicated, talented professionals. They did a superb job in restoring our damaged house. They are a busy team of workers who kept us appraised of their availability for the various stages of our restoration. For the repairs that they didn't do themselves they had excellent recommendations for the professionals we needed such as the carpet installation, closet system installation, kitchen cabinets and the refinishing of our hardwood floors. They seem to be in demand, working at several projects at the same time but we always felt that we were their top priority. Jacob worked with our homeowners insurance adjuster to be sure that the funds allocated for our losses were enough to complete our projects. "We are very happy with the work STL Build Pro did in our home. The planning went smoothly. They were able to accommodate us by scheduling the messy demo of the plaster walls while we were out of town. Gutting bathrooms in a 110 year old house can be challenging but they were able to overcome any surprises behind the old walls and floors. We knew the layout we wanted and what we wanted to achieve to maximize space. Jason and Tony listened and executed our plan beautifully. Tony, the lead on our job was very responsive and attentive to detail. If there was something that we were not happy with they made the necessary adjustments immediately.
