"Bruce and his guys did a great job on multiple projects. They repaired the deck and three season porch, replaced damaged wood around the garage, installed siding, and replaced the kitchen counters. His bids are detailed, so there are no surprises, and the work is very reasonably priced. Everyone showed up on time and got the jobs done in a timely manner (based on past experience with other contractors, that is highly unusual!). I needed other work done that Bruce does not do, so he recommended another contractor That contractor also turned out to be excellent!"

"LOVED, LOVED, LOVED working with STL Build Pro! They remodeled our basement and made it an amazing space, that we are already enjoying! Our basement was completely unfinished - they worked with us to design the entire space. We added a living space, wet bar, bedroom, play area, 2 bathrooms (one full bath and a half bath) and laundry area! Every member of the team is extremely professional and courteous and so enjoyable to work with - even our kids loved having them around and talking to them every morning before they left for school! They made sure we were happy and satisfied with each part of the basement. They pay attention to every little detail! We added on some small projects upstairs as well, and they were very accommodating to any additional renovations we wanted to do or any changes we requested to things they were already working on in the basement. "The finished part of our basement was damaged by drain backup, so after the flood restoration people were done, we needed to rebuild the room. Based on other reviews and recommendations, we chose Terbrock Remodeling and Construction. We are happy that we did. Tom Terbrock is very responsive, and knowledgeable. The estimate and the final cost of the work were very close to each other, and very reasonable. Initially, we were tentatively scheduled for mid-August 2019, but Tom called and moved us up to mid-July. The two guys who came to our house every day to work were both named Brad. They called themselves the "B Team", we called them Brad the elder and Brad the younger. That aside, these guys were professional, prompt, friendly, and careful. They explained everything they were doing, and if they had ideas about certain aspects of the work that they thought would make it look better or be more functional, they would run them by us. If we had ideas, they would be honest with us about whether or not it would work, and explain why. We're very happy with the finished product. We have a living space now that is far nicer than the one we had before the flood. We are very happy with our decision to use Terbrock. We are hoping to remodel our kitchen in the not-too-distant future. We will definitely call Terbrock Remodeling for it."
